Cashier was very young and very sweet. Couldn't make up my mind and switched out merch. She was very kind and didn't get attitude like so many people in customer service nowadays. I Walked out with heavy dumbbells and a nice clear scale to become a"lean muscle", toned machine.

The guy at this store was really really helpful with helping me find my son's football cleats and the gear he needed, he was patient and made sure we got everything that fit great job.

It was a bit crowded, like, a retail store stuck in 2011. You'll have no trouble finding what you are looking for, but walking in this store is slightly unpleasant. Have to bob-and-weave through the racks and isles. Best if you go knowing exactly what you need. Baseball glove selection was kinda mid as well.

Outstanding staff! Took my nephew in for a fishing pole and the guy back in that section knew his stuff! He even fished in the same lakes my nephew did! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for anything fishing related! And I honestly was blown away by the price! So affordable! Go see them!!

I always forget this place is here. We went to target for a mouth guard and they didn't sell them. Luckily we parked in plain view of big 5. It's not a huge store but they have a good variety and selection of stuff. Now that I've been here and had a good experience I'll come back for our sporting good needs.

Terrible service they said the bathrooms were closed for some d*** reason, Even when I bought some shoes they would not let me in the bathroom. I also saw some parents come in with there kid and he really needed to use the restroom and they said no. But that is not my business
