I went to Big 5 to stock up for my camping trip. The associates at the store are not friendly. I asked for a cart but the store doesn’t have any. When I said l, I cannot carry all the things I will purchase because of a disability I was met with a blank stare. I left and will take my business elsewhere.

Bought 2 chairs, they were not in packaging. Got home to find both were broken and used. Staff didn't seem to care. I will not shop here again.

Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for, but the staff reminded me of the movie, "Miracle on 34th Street", after checking that they didn't carry what i needed, even on their online inventory, they told me where I could find the merchandise near by and where it may be at the best prices! Great customer service!

Great service and good prices but the facility is a little depressing. I've been going here once or twice a year for decades. For the best prices, watch for their circulars and avoid paying full price.

Went there Monday night for my son’s football cleats, and found good deal on them there. When we first entered the cashier Jayden welcomed us in ask if we need help at all, but since I knew what I was looking for I did not, But I like how he said hello very friendly. Then once in the shoe area another employee to Michael see if you need any help but we didn’t but was very nice of him and even us out. Very friendly and a good deal. Good job Jaden and Michael I appreciate customer service

Place is great very big and clean. Give 3 stars because the shoe sales person had seen we needed help ignored us. Had to go to the front and ask for help and it was the guy all along who had ignored us. I called before going since we came from chandler to get specific work shoes that said were in-stock. So I called to confirm brand and size said they had it. When I showed up about an hour later they said they didn’t have it and haven’t for a while. So we had to get a different pair because we came from far even after confirming they had at least 4 pairs. Not what we were looking for but my husband had to look for another pair.
