Jess was in Big 5 on 36th street in Thomas. I lost my pocket knife, so I went in to get a new one. The lady was very unfriendly. No, hello purchased a knife. No, thank you. Just hand the money in my hand and turned around. We started having a conversation about their personal lives. Customer service. Customer service, many businesses are closing down. Because of poor service, customer service is very important

Just left the store and can honestly say had some of the best customer service i ever had!!! normally go to stores and nobody says hi or is welcoming, but Dante was super welcoming and was very nice and found me exactly what I needed!! GOD BLESS YOU DANTE!!! You deserve a raise!!!
