Went here October 2024 to get my window repaired. It was hundreds of dollars. When I got my car back, the window button wasn’t working so I had to return it again and FORCE them to fix what they broke for free. When I finally got it, the locking button of my car was a bit off but whatever, the windows work. Flash forward 1 year and 1 month later and the window is making squeaking houses, which I figured were due to the cold. A month later, during the rainstorm, my window once again breaks, and will not roll back up. I call and I’m told my warranty is expired, which is completely legitimate. All in all:
These dudes have no idea what they’re doing. If you can’t install a window motor, don’t charge 1000 dollars for it. Turn me away and save me the trouble. I should’ve gotten my money back when they broke my window switch when they installed the new window, and I should’ve known it was a couple of blockheads back there just messing around with my car, but I trusted them with my money and my vehicle. Do NOT make this mistake. I still can’t believe they were going to charge me for THEIR BROKEN WINDOW SWITCH very outrageous. The guy was at least polite tho, despite trying to deny that his men did a bang up job on the poor Hyundai I have 💔
Do not go to this establishment, do not waste your money, and don’t let them break your car like they broke mine. I’ve had several things done here and now I’m worried that the rest of their work will ALSO expire after 14 months. Are my breaks going to fall off? Is my oil change going to last? Was my wheel alignment done properly? Who knows. They’re all out of warranty so I guess we’ll wait to see when my car breaks down and I’ll come pay them another visit and another 1000 dollars to break something else :)
EDIT: After reading this reviews what was I thinking bringing my car here. I wish I had done my research because I see now that you guys have no idea how to run a repair shop. Not much better than the one in Maricopa. Please don’t bother responding with any “what can we do to fix it” please don’t ever touch my stuff again next thing you know the engines gonna shoot outta my car lol and I know I have no chance of getting a refund.

Vince was very accommodating. He scheduled me right away and oil change was done quickly. He also brought my old air filters to show me they were dirty and upon approval, changed those too. Great service sir!
