Very sweet folks. I didn't see anything I liked in store (color-wise) so we went and ordered a bike style I liked with the color I enjoyed most and it only took a week to get it and have it put together. Lovely folks. Good prices on great quality bikes. They were happy to help with my questions. Would reccomend!

Super happy with our experience here. We stopped in on a whim while we were in the area after seeing the shop online. The only "downside" is they were so easy to work with and attentive we walked out with 2 bikes instead of 1.

Came in here for a tune up and was absolutely wowed by the service! The guys working were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure my bike was good to go before leaving. I would highly recommend this shop for both experienced and casual bikers.

I tore up the derailleur and the chain, but it was a great ride till it happened. Bike Masters did a great job getting it back together. Fixed the brakes too. Nice to trust experienced dudes.

Bike Masters on Ray Road (Ahwatukee) is a great store! I was referred to this location from the store manager of Bike Masters Gilbert (Eddie). Eddie understood I was going to make a significant investment into a new road bike and I should be professionally fit (a 3hr process). He could have easily recommended a bike and kept my sale in his store, but he did the right thing. He explained that Ahwatukee is the only Bike Masters location with both the equipment AND the Road Race Professional in store.
After working with Patrick, Carlos and Dylan at the Ahwatukee store, I love my new S-Works Tarmac SL8 with a Dura-Ace group set (the Best, right Carlos???). The team treated me like a regular the minute I walk in the store. While I love my new bike, I truly value the new friends I have at both Chandler/Ahwatukee and Gilbert Bike Master locations.
The new bike market is very competitive right now and I can not recommend my team, both location, any higher. If you’re in the market, give Bike Masters a look, it will be worth your time!

This shop is the best, with very personalized service. Dylan is awesome! He’s fantastic with young riders and spends extra time making sure he answers all of their question. Added bonus they have incredibly fast bike repair. This shop is the best and wish I could give 10 stars.
