Very expensive shops. Has tons of restaurants though so a good place to eat. Shopping not in my budget but fun to look at the shops. William Sonoma was my go place otherwise I found the center a bit snobby, expensive and cold...

The best time to visit is fall nice to walk up to the mall. Summer isn't that bad you wanna go at sunset so freaking hot. There are fans with mist. The financial district really nice to walk around in Phoenix.
