My account received an unauthorized storage fee charge of $73 for an oversized package I picked up the day after it was delivered. It took over 7 days for the money to be returned to my account.

Good experience picking up mail and stamps. Lady at the front was informative and walked me through sending and receiving packages. Bought the dog scratcher tickets and lost all of my money. I wouldn’t recommend buying the scratchers… otherwise a great experience with efficient customer service

Ignore bad reviews because this place has a great staff and is consistently reliable. I was genuinely shocked seeing any 1 star reviews because we've been customers for 3 years now and never had one issue. Ps. You will never ever wait 15-20 minutes in "line." The cost for PO Box services is very affordable and comparable to other places. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area needing reliable PO Box services. The post office on 20th st is a nightmare and Biltmore Mailboxes has been a blessing.

Used for iPostal services. No charge for picking up mail, which was great, but often slow to remove it from my electronic mailbox. This location was also slower to process requests like scanning or forwarding than other locations I had used for iPostal services. However, the mailbox did still help make things more convenient for a time.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the very beginning there was incompetence, and or poor training, leading to unprofessional and unacceptable handling of my account and mail. I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.

Very slow to respond. Requested next day forwarding service but it took 4 days before they got around to sending the items. Don't expect an expeditious service.

Biltmore Mailboxes Plus provides horrible customer service, precisely Hailey, the "manager". She sent my package back to the sender without notifying me. I called first thing in the morning to inform her my package was being delivered, and it was returned, completely disregarding the notice. When I called to follow up Hailey began to yell at me over the phone and talk over me, even though the mistake was on them. I closed my account with them and found a new private mailbox.I agree with Emily below, the staff is rude and they definitely don't perform what they advertise on their website. Their service has significantly gone down hill over the last year or two. I've been wanting to get rid of them for a long while, and I finally did.Don't bother with these clowns.

This place is trash! They are lazy and SLOW!!! You'll be waiting in line for 15-20 minutes for the rude, and worthless employees to complete the simplest tasks. They are entirely too expensive to be a below average store. I watched the staff mistreat customers, on more than one occasion. When I mentioned it do them, they bad mouth the customer to justify why they were treating the customers in that way. They will regularly LOSE YOUR MAIL! I've had so many packages lost or undelivered. The staff had no idea what happened to them and they had no interest in trying to locate them. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT get a PO Box here. I promise you, they are NOT worth the headache.

We have had our PO Box with Biltmore Mailboxes for about 2 years now since having horrible experiences with our local post office. They are amazing. Not one package lost, consistent notifications anytime we have a delivery. Great service from all the employees and we love their family doggo that makes regular visits. Always very friendly and so convenient. Zero complaints whatsoever about this company. Highly recommend if you live or work in this area for mailbox. We had several packages that our local post office “lost” and it cost us over $2000 in their errors before we became customers of Biltmore Mailboxes and we will stick with them forever going forward. Cannot compliment them enough.
