Waste of time. I had an appointment for noon during my work week. I showed on time for my appointment. My advisor has still helping another customer 30 minutes past my appointment time, so I left. Go to a different location, the help here is unprofessional.

I had a very complicated situation. The first guy came to me and was so rude. Made me feel defeated and stupid. Then Bill came along. And I have to say he is by far the best tax prep I have ever worked with. He knows his way around taxes. It was a way better outcome than I expected. Thank you Bill for being amazing!

I called the office and left messages for my tax person because the email provided doesn't work. None of my messages were given to my tax preparer. I lost out on a deduction because I didn't want to deal with the lack of communication. I wasn't impressed. I would recommend another company. I should also mention I was not given any pricing until the end and it was very expensive.

I have been going to H&R Block for a long tome, year after year. I have to be satisfied with the service provided, for me to be making repeated visits. Going to Block for my tax services has been professional and I knowing fully well that the service and attention that I get from Bill Mertens is done with my best interest at heart.
