NOW ON GOING TO TRUMED. Been shopping at this place everyday since they opened. I usually shop mid to low tier because i like deals. Anyway i spent $40 on high tier and they sold me 6 month old weed that turned into ashes as you broke it down. It smelled old and musty and moldy. Without smoking or using any i attempted to return it and get something else. They only offered me 25% off my next purchase and told me they could sell weed up to a year old. So i asked well what about customer service. People dont actually buy old weed if we know its old crunchy and moldy. Im a veteran so i already get 22% off so i said 25 isnt much of a difference i just want some fresh weed. U can take this back. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DISPENSARY OR ANY CURA LEAF if you think its ok to sell people old weed and bot atleast give them a courtesy to accept it being 6months or more old. I will not recommend or refer anyone here! Go to Tru MED. you will ALWAYS GET GOOD FRESH WEED. ALWAYS

Wtf is the point of online ordering when you are taking walk ins only!!!! I came in well before others and they were being taken care of before online orders. I was in the online order line and I was being passed up for walk ins that came in after me. What is your guys explanation for that. I DO NOT recommend if you're in a hurry and want to be efficient as they are not. They are terrible at taking care of those that do everything right in order to be in and out. I don't want to wait in line for a long period of time. You just lost a long time customer.

This is my first time here and it's awesome the budtenders are cool they totally took care of me my dispensary from now on. Luke was my budtender he was super patient with me and explained everything great guy the whole staff is great

Went to this dispo after camelback didn't have my pre-order again. Very nice gentleman budtender helped me out and found my order no problem and answered my questions about other products. Definitely will be back! Also a convenient location.

Sierra is always friendly and very helpful she takes her time to go over the menu and the benefits it brings to you she loves and enjoys her job it's always nice seeing someone laughing and talking to customers.

I'm very disappointed with my visit today.I have been a loyal customer/patient since Bloom opened, I stayed when you changed hands...I've never had a problem!Ever!!Till today.I put in my order online as I always do..To help everyone all around..I ordered 20 pre-rolls of the flavor grape cream. Keep in mind Idrove 32 miles one way..When I got home I had another flavor altogether!Grape OG!Definitely not what I ordered...I call, central dispatch...Not even at the same store!!freaking crazy!!Drove another 32 miles to exchange...And I must add that the world has gone to hell in a hand bag...No Real Customer Service anywhere, including here!!After being a restaurant training/general manager for 35+ years,I do know what it should be!!Luke my bud tender did save my visit, as was set toNEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!128 miles in 114°For an old lady..Totally messed up!!Thank you for the fabulous serviceIt won't go unnoticed!I shall tell everyone!!
