Generally everyone is very nice- my issue is the drive thru. I have sat in the drive thru for up to 15 minutes at one point. No one comes over or says anything to you during this time. I have even had the security guy come to the drive thru window to tell me someone would be there to help me because I had sat for that long. Just sat at the drive thru window again for 10 mins today before I was addressed. The girls weren’t even busy and one was just leaning on the counter talking with another teller. The girl with the braces takes longer than anyone else to process my checks. I don’t get why she takes double the time. And no one ever says sorry for the wait when they do come take care of you- except the nice Hispanic lady that might be a manager or something.

Absolutely the slowest branch in AZ. Every visit is a 30 minute ordeal.

Been going here for about 15 years, never had an issue like I have at other banks. It is more like a credit union where it is mellow and people will go out of their way to assist you. This is far better than horrible Wells Fargo!!

By far the worst bank I’ve ever used. I opened my accounts online and then they were restricted for fraud. I went to a local branch with my drivers license, passport, social security card, and apartment lease. After confirming I am me, the restrictions were lifted.I try to move money from my old bank to BMO, and the fraud department restricted my accounts again! It’s been a month since opening my accounts and I still can’t use them.I’ve called and emailed BMO, the fraud representative, and Suzy Martinez at this branch, and NO ONE RESPONDS.This bank is suspicious and I can’t wait to close my accounts and get as far away as possible.DO NOT BANK WITH BMO UNLESS YOU ENJOY LIFE BEING A HEADACHE.

Came into the bank 40 minutes before closing the teller insisted on me talking to her 1st prior to opening an account I guess maybe to get credit for it lol. Suzy saw i was there and I waited 20 minutes for her to get off the phone which appeared personal due to her excessive laughter. When she finally comes out im sorry I can't open you an account you have to make an appointment. I have been to the different branches never have it has been like this. Instead off attempting to explain they had the Aliaince Security Guard trying to explain. What people they have working there horrible service and a kick in the a** to get you out instead of opening a new account smh......

This place is the WORST bank EVER.. after The fraud they let slip through after I called an even had police report… Going out of my way to deal with this is jus incredibly difficult. Within a month they will be losing a customer. 4 tellers doing nothing and two ppl in the Bk sitting on phones. This bank should be closed….

Customer service interactions are never bad. My only issue is drive through, and that's a COVID anomaly, with only one lane open and staffing at a minimum. They've been my bank for a long time, and until recent moves a couple of the management team had become almost family friends. What does need to happen is more flexibility in staffing and availability to open another drive through lane when another transaction is taking a lot of time (or ask that person to please drive around and come in). The personal interactions are friendly and professional, so the only thing left is how much time is taken out of a customer's day.
