Based on the reviews I've read, it's clear that this location has serious issues with professionalism and customer service. The nearly equal distribution of 5-star and 1-star reviews is a glaring red flag that should not be ignored. The poor performance and unprofessional conduct of Mike, the store manager, are particularly concerning. His inability to handle even the most basic issues reflects poorly not only on him but also on the staff he leads and the overall reputation of the store.
Mike consistently falls short of the bare minimum standards expected of someone in his position. His lack of professionalism is evident in both his interactions with customers and the overall service provided by the bank. I'm confident this isn't the first complaint you've received about Mike's behavior and his subpar performance. Frankly, his attitude is more suited to a poorly run fast food joint than a reputable banking institution—and even there, you'd likely receive better courtesy and respect.
Management needs to seriously reconsider Mike's role at this location. His disregard for professionalism, customer service, integrity, and discipline is unacceptable. Moreover, his apparent racist behavior, which he allows to influence his decision-making, is deeply troubling. Any other location would have resolved the issues I've encountered here without hesitation. Do yourself and your customers a favor: take a hard look at how this location operates compared to others. The differences are stark, and it's clear that Mike's leadership is a significant part of the problem.

What a horrible experience. The tellers say I can't link an accounts with BMO, unless it's BMO? Dose not make any sense.Also I went to update my address and was told they could not do that unless I had a piece of mail with my new address. Umm had no problem doing it over the phone.I have had several bad experiences with this branch.I often wonder what kind of medication they are on, or is it something else?I was so disappointed and dissatisfied that I withdrew most of my savings in hopes of finding someone who is competent and knows there job.I will never go to this branch again. Nor will I be accepting any calls from them.Y'all can go be mean and unhelpful to someone else

Not a business friendly bank whatsoever. No communication from upper management regarding what they consider "outside of risk tolerance". No heads up, no explanation or guidence. When you own several small businesses it's very normal to transfer from accounts to accounts. Leaving a paper trail and explainable transfer. They close your accounts with no notice. Completely unethical and unappreciated as small businesses are holding on by a thread trying to stay afloat...the bank should be there for you as a constant support. This is not a bank that will have your back!

Why does the website say the drive up is open till noon on Saturdays but it's not open at all???? Just left work to make a deposit for nothing.

$5 fee to use the ATM without a BMO Harris bank account. On top of the $2.50 Chase charges me I had to pay $7.50 to get cash. Highest fees I've ever paid. First and last time I ever use a BMO Harris ATM.
