Terrible Customer Service. And they have a restroom clearly marked as such. But, when customer heads over to it after making a large transaction, is told they are not good enough to use their toilet.

Dezeray is just the best. My husband and I are a young couple working on our credit, and she is ways there to answer any questions, or help us out if we need it! She'll call and let's us know of new things we can do to improve our score, and she genuinely cares! For me it's been a huge benfit!! I've been banking with them and handling all my business with her the past 2 years and I wouldn't change a thing.

Following my father’s passing tried to change accounts to my mom’s trust. She was executor, and trustee,. We brought in will, trust, power of attorney and 1 1/2 months later, still not done. Closed out CD because of their incompetence and they fined an 82 year old woman $700! Her other bank changed name in 4 days. Nothing but incompetent thieves here...keep your money out of this bank.

If there was a 0 stars they would have gotten it. Absolute worst company ever. Honestly have no clue how they are even in Business. I had to send in power of attorney documents in to them over 20 times (not an exaggeration) before they received them. Not to mention they only accepted them by Fax or regular mail, who doesn't accept email. The Call Center customer service reps were horrendously lazy and rude. I was hung up on several times when I would ask to speak with their supervisor. Seriously do yourself a favor and never, ever deal with this bank for any reason.

Roula is just the best person in banking, that I've ever met. I had to open two court ordered restricted accounts back in May 2018. These account are not a simple thing. They must go through a full evaluation with Bank of Americas Legal department. Unfortunately, the legal department did not permit me to open the account at the time. I returned in July 2018 with the paperwork they requested, which was difficult to obtain. Roula remembered me and helped me out once more. She was determined to help me and even stayed after closing time. I appreciate her so much for dealing with the legal department on my behalf. She was so patient and professional.

This use to be one of my favorite branches to do my banking at. But it is like a ghost town! and they only run a skeleton staff, long lines. The tellers are behind bullet proof glass, it is not a welcoming environment.

Horrible customer service. Used to get great service from Bank of America. Went in to get a document notarized which I've done many times before. Teller went to back room (non public) and came back and told me notary was busy. Said I would wait. She went back and checked again and told me notary had appointments all day. It was obvious that the notary (branch manager?) was not with a customer. Message to go down the street to UPS was relayed by the teller. Maybe just this branch but definitely no customer service focus. Pretty much gave me the impression they couldn't be bothered. Probably time to give up my account here if that's the case.

Avoid this bank!! It took me a month of multiple trips into the branch and multiple customer service calls to get a simple checking account set up. After a month of madness I find out they closed my account due to a mistake on their end and mailed me my money back with out as much as a phone call. I'm sorry but if your bank can't handle a simple checking account you should probably close your doors. I dealt with Edy. Nice guy but clearly doesn't have a handle on his job. Being polite is only one aspect of what you're doing. Also long wait times pretty much everytime I've been in.

Well, Bank of America used to be a great place to bank but they have been cutting back on staffing even though reporting highest profits ever! The staffing is not adequate as one teller, or two is not enough for this branch. The manager and those who work here are fabulous, but the branch itself is suffering from staff shortage - so if one of two tellers is taking a lunch break, be ready to wait for awhile!
