Called the Ahwatukee branch after doing business there for over 20 years. Over that time I had a construction loan several mortgages and had always been treated excellent by the various managers over time. Well all that has changed for the worst. I call to inform the bank that I needed to withdraw $7500 in cash. Doing some renovation work and learning the construction people don’t like dealing with the red tape of banks. Now I know why! The teller informed me the maximum withdrawal was 5K unless the manager approved it. I asked for the manager and was told the manager was busy. I asked if I could withdraw 5K and then withdrawal 2K from another BMO Bank. The teller didn’t know. She called me back and said the manager said no, 5K period. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for a half hour with no one picking up. I got to Mesa to my appointment and hung up. No attempt to return my call. I walked into a Chandler branch who told me I could withdraw 5K but could go to another branch and withdraw the rest because it was my money. I have never been treated with such disregard. My wife and I have decided to take our business elsewhere. Especially after reading similar complaints on the same Ahwatukee branch without any resolution. BMO would be be diligent by closing this branch thereby saving their previous great reputation. Thank you!

Inept and irresponsible… I wouldn’t trust this branch with a single dollar. As a longtime customer, suggested my daughter go here to convert her lease to an auto loan. Spent 45 minutes while Kristen V. fumbled her way through their software. She was unfamiliar with how a leased vehicle could be purchased at end of lease. Kristen’s manager came in at one point to help (never acknowledging us). Kristen told us the bank was having a software problem and would call us with a decision the next business day. After multiple days of no contact, we were told the bank’s underwriting department was “busy” during the holidays. Several days later, called the bank to be told the application had been “lost”. We asked if my daughter would see a credit inquiry from Kristen’s actions and BMO could not confirm either way. On DAY 15, the loan application magically reappeared.Taking my money elsewhere. Would not want money with a bank that isn’t capable of a simple auto loan. Went to dealership who got her a far better rate in less than an hour.

This joke is the rudest most unprofessional bank I have dealt with. I got my vehicle loan thru them. They have no local branch so everything was done on line or by phone. I made a truck payment, got my confirmation number from BMO associate, verified with my bank it was taken from my account. 8 days later someone from BMO called and said I never made a payment. Long story short I was told "it's not BMO problem, it's mine and needs to be fixed". I could never speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for 30 to 45 mins at a time. I was told I would need over 1000 to bring my account to current. I work pay check to pay check and I account for every dime and every time I tried to get someone to work with me it was always the same thing. Either bring it current or get it repo, the truck got repo this evening.

This BMO Harris Bank branch in Ahwatukee has the best representatives/ Managers to help you. They are friendly and waiting with a smile. Annalize assisted me in opening a new account She was so friendly and professional, She went over and beyond to get me lending for my business account making sure I had documents needed. She explained the process and the benefit of opening a business account. I would recommend Annalize and this BMO Harris branch to anyone who needs a banking account.

I live walking distance from this branch. For the 1st time in my life, I've done life planning and financial planning. All the ideas I had to overcome my fears and secure my future, BMO offered and made happen. Blanca eased my tension and made me feel as equal as a 6 or 7 digit balance customer. Now, I can move on, make my dreams and goals happen and be chill.

This BMO Harris Bank branch in Ahwatukee has the best representatives to help you. Brittney assisted me in making a new banking account for me as I had fraudulent activities on my account. She was so friendly and professional. She explained the process and the benefit of making a Smart Advantage account as well as the paperless statements. I would recommend Brittney and this BMO Harris branch to anyone who needs a banking account from the BMO Harris bank.p.s. Benjamin who works in the front is also very friendly. Whenever I deposit my checks, he is always smiling and in a good mood. This branch has the nicest people ever.

Tried to payoff the loan. The loan manager gave brief and thought-you-should-understand instruction full of their terminologies. I had to ask her MANY times back and forth to clarify and it’s 3 days late and I have to pay more! When I arrived at this branch which accepted only drive-thru. I had to idle and wait for nearly 30 min then the answer is , “you need to get a new payoff letter!”

Spoke with 6 different people to see when lien would be released on a RV I paid off; got 6 different answers. No one could tell me when, other then "It takes 5 days" It's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Funny! It's amazing how big companies make it in the business World when they have employees that haven't the faintest idea what they're doing or know anything about their job. No one has the authority to do anything to help, rather just give excuses and say they're sorry. WOW. Again, I find it funny. I spoke with the CEO's executive assistant too, no help either, just gave customer service 800 number so I could get another person who could not answer questions or was authorized to make something happen. It has to be frustrating for people that actually care to work for such a dis-functional company.

It's really too bad. This used to be a good branch with excellent service. Now, no one answers the phone, I have tried calling several times a day over several months and they never answer the phone. I have then called the branch at Thunderbird, who does answer the phone and does give good service. The last time I had to have a cashiers check issued, it took them 30 minutes to get it right. I just felt bad for those behind me. They had one lane open, and everyone had to wait. Couldn't they open the second lane to help those behind me? Maybe they are all just new? Surely someone in the branch has some experience. They can't all be new. Now they won't cash checks over $1000 for anyone that is not a customer. I have had my vendors cash checks for years. Why is this rule in effect now? I guess I am going to either shop a new bank, or drive further to go to the Thunderbird branch.

We have an auto loan through BMO. Worst ever!!! I was trying to get to customer service to make a payment. I was on hold for 57 minutes! I called back and was transferred 5times. Customer service is horrible! Each time I've had to call for one reason or another, I've been on hold for 30 minutes each time! Unfriendly, unhelpful, and inexperienced!

NATHAN CLARK NOT A GOOD HIRE FOR NEW MANAGER It took 3.5 hours for him to call me after speaking with Anthony Hanna (who is great at saying "gotcha" - guessing he's fresh out of high school) emails and voicemails. Finally, Nate calls and says sorry it took so long but he was looking into things....when I asked what new info he had discovered in those 3.5 hours he said it was none of my business and what he does with his time is personal. He confirmed the money left my account and said that where his liability ends, it could be a hang up with the FEDS but again the reason the customer signs the wire form is to release them of liability so I am essentially on my own. This is the second time wires have gone missing along with my money. I have no idea where to go from here....do not go to this branch, they have trouble keeping employees and apparently are hiring people who have no experience in customer service or even humanity.
