This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I keep giving them additional chances thinking it was a one off and they shock me every time with the abhorrent customer service. Many details but would be boring.....just to mirror past reviews, they do not care in the least about the customers. And no, I do not want to reach out and speak about this to anyone since that's the response they normally give. Run the location correctly so we don't need to waste our valuable time. I will go elsewhere.

Overall excellent car buying experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to help us with our new purchase. Ed was polite, attentive, and respectful of our time needed to ultimately decide taking the X3. We were very open about looking at different cars outside of BMW but this didn’t phase him at all. Was quick to update when the vehicle we wanted was ready to show even when it wasn’t ready for delivery yet. He made sure we were the first to see it even on a Sunday. Overall one of the best car car buying experiences and will definitely return to Ed and BMW N Scottsdale when considering our next BMW.

Car was towed into service at 1am and service was able to replace my flat tire before 2pm the same day. Highly recommend and very responsible staff!

Had an appointment to come to test drive and PURCHASE a vehicle. Instead of having the vehicle ready and an assigned salesperson to assist us, we had the displeasure of working with Paul and Brando. The vehicle was in the process of being purchased by another buyer without notifying us prior to making a 50 mile drive that it wouldn't be available to purchase for us. We certainly helped push the other sale along though and we're promptly ushered out once Brando knew we weren't going to be able to make him a sale.

I shopped around for a while to trade my 2015 x5 for a newer certified x5. NSBMW’s prices seemed reasonable online but they are 40 min from my home. I’d had some less than favorable experiences at Arrowhead BMW having my car serviced so I decided to give NSBMW a try. Geoffrey M. was so friendly and attentive, I never felt like I was being “sold to” or rushed/pressured in any way. He just made things easy! They had a great selection and he was extremely knowledgeable on all the options on the vehicle I was looking at. Geoffrey did everything he could to expedite the process, since we had kids at home and a really tight schedule that weekend. I had some negative equity with my trade. They gave us a very fair price and met us in the middle to get the deal done. Financing was a breeze, Daniel M. was professional and personable. I really appreciated the time the BMW genius (nice young kid) spent with me. I was pretty familiar with the options in the car but he was very thorough and showed me a few things I didn’t know. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

So an oil change costs nearly $200?!? Takes over 2 hours?!?And my obd2 scanner gets taken out of my car0 star service center will not be taking my vehicle back for another service again

I would definitely recommend BMW Scottsdale. This was my first BMW. Make sure you ask for Kyle Boylan. He made me feel welcome, and I didn't feel pressured. He answered all my questions and was completely transparent. The process from the time I ordered my X7 to delivery and finance was great.

My wife and I purchased a pre owned 2018 BMW x5 hybrid on Monday night (8/14/23). We went through the process of getting pre approved through our Credit Union beforehand. Came to an agreement with our salesperson, Terrance, who was very professional. I highly recommend him and the store manager. We went to Finance and again, very friendly in the Finance dept until we declined the Gap, Warranty and other fluff. At first the Finance rep stated that our Bank approval was not appearing on the "Cuddle," which I knew was untrue because I spoke to our lender and he told me that we were good to go. NS BMW miraculously located the file after I agreed to allow them to run a credit report. I agreed in case they found a lower interest rate. He comes back and tells my wife and I that he set us up with BofA at the same rate our Credit Union is offering. I told him that we are sticking with our current lender. The Finance rep told us that we cannot take possession of the vehicle because he cannot get ahold of our lender, which I know is false, but we could take possession same night with BofA as lender. This is my 7th vehicle purchasing after hours (4 of them through our Credit Union). More likely NS BMW is getting a kickback by using one their selected lenders? Even Terrance's looked surprised. The store manager gave the thumbs up for us to take the vehicle that night. They could not wash the car, however filled it with gas d/t the time approaching after hours, which I understand. They asked if we could come back the next day before 7pm for the vehicle walkthrough with their "genie" and to get the car washed. We scheduled a 5:15 appt on Tuesday. We get there on Tuesday and we were informed that they stop washing cars at 5pm. We did the walk through, however no car wash. The Finance rep emailed me a copy of the forms we signed, however they are password protected. I requested the password on Tuesday and I was told that it's set to my DOB. I tried every combination with my DOB and my wife's without success. I left a voicemail this morning (Wednesday) explaining the issue without a call back. Instead I get a text and email asking me if I'd like to schedule an appt for a vehicle purchase. It appears that the NS BMW's customer care ends once the vehicle has been purchased. I would have given them the top rating if it was not for the Finance Dept, even after the driver's side rear reflector somehow dislodged on our 40 min commute home from the dealership on the night of purchase (refer to pic). I went ahead and contacted a local BMW service shop and they gladly ordered one for me. Unbelievable, vehicle in our possession less than an hour and we lose a reflector, again that's not included in my low rating. My issue is clearly with the lack of customer service. I cannot recommend NS BMW, and would never recommend this company despite Terrance, the friendliness of the internet manager (Paul), store manager and the young genie.

BMW Scottsdale did an awesome job for me. My sale and delivery was more complex than most as I am out of state (Georgia). Everyone from the Internet sales manager who made sure I received a timely call from my salesperson Chris Kleiman to the finance manager Cindy Gutierrez, all did a fantastic job. Everyone was professional and gave me accurate information. Chris even arranged to have my vehicle shipped in a very timely manner. Plus, I love my X5. I highly recommend this dealership.

I just purchased my second BMW from BMW North Scottsdale. This one was my first custom build and I can’t rave enough about the exceptional customer service with the entire process. My sales rep, Jeremy made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free even when I changed my mind and build configuration a couple of times. On delivery day, the team made me feel like a celebrity…red bow and all. If you are in the market for the ultimate driving machine then I highly recommend buying from and exceptional dealership like BMW North Scottsdale. They won’t disappoint.

Donnell made my experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was knowledgeable & helpful. He listened and answered all of my questions (and I had many questions). I’ve struggled with finding the right car salesman in the past, but Donnell was a trustworthy guy. In fact, just a great guy overall. I’d recommend him and BMW North Scottsdale to anyone and everyone!

I went to BMW North Scottsdale since my current BMW lease was going to expire, and I was interested in leasing a 2023 M3 competition package. I worked with Omar Nava and Tyler Ma (sales reps) who both helped guide me through the entire process with ease.Omar and Tyler were both professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and very easy to work with. They helped me build my dream car and kept me updated as we waited for the delivery from Germany. On the day I received my car, I was absolutely impressed with the overall presentation and thorough explanation from Tyler and Omar as well as from the BMW genius who spent time with me and explained all of the features of my car.I also worked with Owen Corona from BMW detail shop who was awesome to work with. He provided the perfect blend of ceramic coating, ceramic nano tinting, and full frontal PPF on my M3 to keep it nice and clean from dirt and debris. All I can say is that my M3 looks absolutely perfect and I have been receiving many compliments from friends and family on it.I have owned BMW cars for over 15 years, and I’ve been to countless dealerships in different states, but BMW North Scottsdale is my absolute favorite dealership I have ever worked with. I will definitely be coming back here in the future to purchase another BMW car!
