  I am going on over 2 months of absolutely no customer service with Bobe. We purchased two fire bowls last year and upon installation had difficulties with firing abilities. We made contact on the issue in June and have emailed and called for nearly 3 months and have yet to get a resolution, or even an idea of what a solution... read full comment

  Worst customer service! We have been in business for over 35 years and have never had such a problem getting repairs resolved so poorly. We have been going back & forward with this company, regarding fire bowl repairs, for over 3 months and still have not had any resolution.

  I bought a scupper for a project 2 years ago and it was perfect, I'm looking at their catalog for another scupper.
