I have beef with Bob. My mom and I saw many ads during the covid times promoting free cookies and candy. We needed a rug and decided to come in. Not only did the rug selection suck, my promised cookies and candy weren't there. I haven't been back since.

Horrible customer service, we purchased a complete living room set from Bob's less than two months ago. Two of the pieces had some discoloration on them and Bob's agreed that they need to be replaced. problem now is the Bob's just recently discontinued selling the whole set. Bob's says they can't do any refunds, they will only take the items back and give us store credit. But we don't like any of the other living room sets that they sell so we are now stuck with a damaged living room set because Bob's won't do any refunds on manufacture damaged items.

The customer service was very good. We were helped by Hayley Greene and Josh Delarato. The in-store web site was very inefficient and slow… even the floor manager was frustrated with it. The delivery app was surprisingl easy and up-to-the-minute and the delivery people were friendly, neat and organized. Overall a very good experience.

Not only was my visit at Bobs welcoming and pleasant, it was successful! The store was clean and well lit and well staffed. It’s so nice to see a talented team of knowledgeable staff willing and able to assist you. You don’t see that very often nowadays. Everyone was so willing and generous to help out. My salesman was Josh And he was very knowledgeable, not pushy, funny, friendly, and knew everything about every piece of furniture I looked at, and I looked at a lot. but also offers multiple payment terms and financing. Their furniture is well-made, well warranted, and very affordable. I was very impressed. I will be back.

I ended up buying from here. Barry was very nice. The prices are outstanding so even if the furniture dies in a few years, it won't matter. However, I don't think that'll happen anyway. Super comfy.

Unbelievable! The salesman FORGED my husband's signature! When my husband confronted him about it, he admitted it saying, "You just looked busy so I thought I'd just sign it for you." Um no. That's illegal! Thankfully we caught it right away and didn't lose our money. But we definitely won't go back there again and strongly dissuade anyone from going there!

We purchased our dining room table and additional kitchen island piece to use as our hutch. We are very happy with the purchase- however, after some time the handle just fell off that was supposed to be towel rack. We weren't using it for any purpose. I called customer service and spoke with Johnathon- who wasn't very helpful. So, then I asked for a supervisor- Carolyn was wonderful, she asked what can we do to make this right. I just wanted the handle repaired- she set up the appointment! Daniel came later in the week and did an excellent job and repairing the handle! It was challenging at first- but, Bobs did make it right with us and for that I am very thankful.

We came into BOB'S JUST LOOK BUT the wonderful Hailey sales associate was so helpful and we bought a living room set. Prices are great and wonderful store. We will definitely buy again from Bob's.

Bob's furniture is brilliant. Whoever decided to put in the little cafe spot knew that parents would stay longer if kids were occupied. We have bought furniture at Bob's. We've also gone in just to browse because the kids like to stop for a little ice cream cup and we can see any new merch.The cafe consists of a counter height bar with chairs and charging ports. The free snack options include an ice cream freezer with different flavors, coffee options, and multiple jars of hard candies. Our kids get excited to furniture shop.Instagram: @msbusyblonde

Went into to Bobs today with my wife and right of the bat had some lady following us around. I explained to her that we don't close on our house for a couple more months and just wanted to browse. We'll that didn't stop her from always being 10 ft behind us, trying to sell anything we looked at. No thanks!

Barry and all of the other staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped us make the right choice for our needs. They all are great listeners, so respectful and professional. Love this store! Our son bought from them and we will recommend to everyone we know!

Great products for the price and great service at the store. Unfortunately if you have to call customer service it all goes horribly wrong. If the two were separate reviews I would give 5 stars to the Tempe and Desert Rudge stores and 1 star to customer service.

Josh made the process so easy and efficient for us to purchase the sofa we had our eye on for a while now. He was able to set us up with a great financing deal and even offer special delivery. Would highly recommend working with Josh if you’re in the market for furniture. After visiting several stores I was so glad we could purchase from Bob’s!

I will never buy furniture from a Bob’s store ever again as the experience has been awful.The store and employees at this location are great, but the company as a whole is awful. We purchased 2 full bedroom sets from this location 2 years ago and we’re told they’d be delivered in 2-3 months.The first set took 4 months to arrive, no big deal. The crew assembled it and everything was pristine.The next set took 10 months to arrive. 10 months with the only communication being a weekly email that consistently pushed back the expected delivery date with no explanation and an estimated arrival date that was clearly way off. This is where it gets worse though.Everything that arrived for this set was damaged. 2 nightstands that didn’t close properly because the drawers were cracked and both had clear water damage and entire chunks missing. A dresser with a broken leg and chipped drawers. A bed frame that water damage, chips, gauges, you name it it had it. The first claim we placed Bob’s denied and would not replace any of it. Frustrated, we tried again and requested a technician come out and view it. The technician was fantastic and immediately agreed the damage was unnecessary and needed to be replaced, but the bed frame didn’t qualify.These replacements then took 2-3 months to arrive. The ones that arrived were better, but all of them had damage as well with the exception of the dresser. So now we have ~3k in brand new, broken furniture where it was easier to just accept the broken pieces than to try and hassle with their claims team and not have furniture for another 2-3 months.Now fast forward a year. The bed frame cracks where the rails meet the leg and headboard. Reminder, same bed frame that had all of the water damage, chips, gauges, etc. We purchased Goof Proof with the sets so figured this would be covered since it clearly fits the descriptions of what’s covered. Our claim was denied.I am beyond frustrated to have spent over 5k on furniture with this company and having little to no customer service or warranty claims being accepted. What’s the point of Goof Proof if they don’t even honor any of your claims and you have to try multiple times in order to even get anyone’s attention? I will never do business with Bob’s again and highly recommend you avoid them if looking for new furniture, unless of course you’re okay with an usable bed frame or broken dressers and nightstands.

Bob’s Furniture Store is a gem! The store associate, Cindy who helped us was fantastic! She was so helpful and patient with us. There’s a huge selection of items. Great styles and very reasonable prices. We are very happy with all of our purchases!
