Terrible customer service. I called just to get a basic estimate to fix a single spoke, and the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He refused to give any kind of price range and kept repeating, “Bring the bike.” When I asked again, he snapped and told me, “If you don’t like it, go to another shop.” If this is how they treat potential customers over the phone, I can’t imagine how bad the service is in person. Avoid this place at all costs.

👍🏻 I’ve visited this located a few times already and have always been greeted warmly each time I’ve been here.
My 40V Ryobi batteries were submitted/exchanged under warranty, and I was given a courtesy call once they were ready to be picked up. Thank you for the great service!

I was sent to this business by Champion Generators. I drove 45 minutes and Billy said that since I didn't have a hardcopy of the receipt I would have to go get a hardcopy to have the generator worked on. He received a call from Campion in the morning (he acknowledged) authorizing the service. Since Champion didn't say I needed a printed copy, I only had the digital copy. He didn't have a printer that would connect to a phone so I couldn't print the receipt at his shop. . I sent him the email of the receipt which after a long discussion, he accepted. His attitude was very adversarial and he seemed to think I was a bother to him. After if left the generator, I called him on the day that it was supposed to be worked on, and he said he'd get to it that week, maybe. He told me not to call him but that he would call when it was done. Finally after calling Champion and learning that they have had very poor results with this shop (why did they send me there?), I went back and got the generator. I then took the generator to Home Depot for a full refund. Kudos to Home Depot!

I took a Ryobi 18 volt weed Wacker there because I was having problems with it, he got it straightened out, Lickety split, even though I had to drive a long way, it was worth it. Thank You Again.

WOW! Horrible customer service, even just on the phone. They are supposed to be a repair company for extended Dewalt pressure washers. The first thing he said was if it is because of hard water then it is not covered, and I would need to pay for the inspection and repair. Sounds like he has a lower warranty amount he gets paid for his contract and tries to up charge the repairs on the consumer. He told me to call him back in 15 minutes as he was with a customer. I called him back a few hours later at 2:40 p.m. and reminded him of our call that morning and that I was bringing it over to him and he said he was closed and to bring it the next day. He was rough. So, i called FNA-Group that Dewalt has the insurance through, and they provided me with 2 other locations for repairs. Hopefully this is better. I highly recommend you do not go here. Looks like they are more focused on other businesses, just not this type of repair.

Took my pressure washer there for service - the pump leaked all the oil out - they ordered a new pump & when it was ready to pick up - I discovered that they mounted the new pump upside down- when I told them it looked upside down- they didn't take responsibility of their negligence and would not fix the issue- I had to take the bolts out myself and turn it right side up when I got it home - the old man is brain dead and an idiot
