My wife and I decided to stop in and connect three new lines but unfortunately we were unable to get into the store to do this because at 10:30 & after waiting & waiting & knocking on the locked door and after 45 minutes we decided to go ahead and leave to go to a different carrier because boost doesn't take care of their customers they like to leave their door locked with the neon sign saying open bad for business just terrible I hope boost management reads this review and takes prop action!! BAD BAD BAD FOR BUSINESS NOT A GOOD WAY TO START BY TREATING YOUR NEW CUSTOMERS WHEN I SAY POTENTIAL!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOOST LOCATION TO ANYBODY IF YOU COME HERE YOU'RE GOING TO END UP WAITING AND NOTHING'S GOING TO GET DONE!!!

Me and my husband stopped by at 10:32 and :32 activate 3 new lines bring new lines coming from cricket and we stood in line for over 30 minutes by the front door which the signs said open with BRIGHT NEON SIGN SAYING OPEN! We knocked & waited and knocked & waited, COME ON BOOST REALLY IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR WANTING TO BE NEW CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT BELIEVE FOR THE LIFE OF ME HOW YOU CAN RUN A BUSINESS AND NOT UNLOCK THE FRONT DOOR. Clearly showing the hours 10AM to 8PM the time the pics were taken was 10:30am!!! Show after waiting and waiting and waiting we decided to take our business elsewhere which where which is pretty sad for boost to have management working at the store that doesn't know how to open or unlock the door!!!!! I hope boost management reads this review and text action as appropriately!!!! BOOST BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!

From where it’s located you might be tempted to keep it moving right on along, however, they surprised the heck outta me with some absolutely phenomenal service. The guy who worked their was giving another customer 200 trillion answers to his erratic questions and I was content to wait but I didn’t need too because the most beautiful and delightful silver haired mother of angels, (yes I was immediately crushing) voiced her desire to assist me if I was in need of her help. She was witty, well spoken, and she addressed my issues with a confidence and understanding that made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience, or a member of a subculture of idiots who should have been happy to pay them. There was a way she went about letting what she was doing in my phone while she expertly navigated the possible cost for the solutions she investigated. In the end I had all the information on my options and costs associated. This took her mere minutes and although in the beginning I may have avoided that corner like the covid, I’ll have zero problems going out of my way to stop in here to see if they can meet my cell phone needs

Close to closing employee was such a sweetheart as she completely handled everything to activate my LG dual screen phone I bought unlocked from Best buy and then brought into boost to activate my account and number two my new phone scene is how Best buy no longer activates boost phones for boost customers or not. The sweet gal behind the counter was more than helpful and although I am easily confused with numbers as she had to repeat herself multiple times while trying to get a word in with customer service she had on speaker who was willing to activate the phone but was adding a whole bunch of fees that to me didn't make sense and to her apparently didn't either as she questioned the fees multiple times and asked why they were necessary. All in all I walked in there with my own unlock phone from Best buy and I only needed to pay that month's bill regardless of it not being due yet due to having to increase my phone line and data plan which restarted accounts and made that the official auto pay date of Bill. So SIM card activation fee and that month's bill to be paid all at once was a much relief in comparison to the amount customer service had said on speakerphone repeatedly different fees that would need to be paid until it was pointed out being on autopay monthly for your bill somehow does have an advantage and waves those fees. Anyways the girl that rocked thank you so much again sweetheart really wish you guys carried LG dual screen screen protector so for the dq8 phone I got three screens now I'm very worried about cracking but I'll be sure to order them and come and bother you shortly about putting them on as I can't do that either LOL

Walked into the store One customer being attended to not once did they say welcome to Boost Mobile I'll be right with you as soon as possible or anything I was completely ignored not a good impression
