I love this store after having a rough morning Berenice helped me so much she's so good at her job very great customer service very friendly and very welcoming she made my day I told her she was my angel very thankful for her. Im very happy I will be coming back to do business here I will recommend this store and most definitely I will recommend Berenice to all my friends,❤️

I arrived to the store 4 hours before close on a Sunday. Upon approaching the door, it was locked and had a small sign that said be back in 15-25 minutes. After waiting next to the entrance for 45 minutes in the sun and heat. I could no longer wait. Not only did they lose myself as a customer. But also 11 other people who came and left because of the inconvenience. For those reasons, this location gets a one star.

If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Constantly lying and they refused to fix THEIR MISTAKES smh I will never go to this location again. Leaving Boost Mobile next month because of it. Boost Mobile need to investigate this store before they lose more customers.

I bought iPhone 6, as soon as I got home the phone stopped working. With in 48 hours I returned to the store. After them selling me a bad phone they still charged me a 25$ fee

I came here to get a new phone. The manager Alexa was so nice and helpful. I give this location two thumbs up. ðŸ˜
