my plan clearly states 50gb of data AND 50 gb of hotspot, i used all my data and bought a 10$ 10gb data add on with hotspot but the name is a lie and it is not with hotspot and i was told there are no refunds

Janeth helped my mom and I get phones a little over a week ago and she was the sweetest person!!! She helped us out so much and took her time to answer all of our questions. She was knowledgeable, patient and ever so helpful. I will always go back to this location because of her. If you want to switch phones or ever need help with anything, ask for Janeth! Seriously!!!

Hands down best Boost Mobile store I've tried! The staff is super friendly, and very smart about dealing with the issues! They have many plans, variety of different phone devices, and the best of all is the accessories! Im sure to visit them more!

I showed up at 8:10 which is well before the closing time and proceeded to sit outside the store for an hour trying to get some workers attention who I clearly see inside the store room not doing their job not trying to do any sort of customer service being quite possibly the worst type of human being a lazy no-good nothing for an hour while I sat outside waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for them to simply do their job which it is now 9:02 they still haven't

Special thanks to Michelle, GREAT customer service. She really took time to work with me involving which phone would be the best fit, helped me transferring data from 1 phone to my new one, then help and advised on apps I had. Thank you SO much. I left feeling really comfortable in my decision.

Stay away they must be going bankrupt. I ordered a phone 6/19 was supposed to get it 6/27 but UPS LOST IT. I never got phone, they don't want to send another tll they find that one so I went with T mobile. So I've called 6 times now to get tefund and still they have not given my refund to me. Sorry but I need my 51.00 back boost, I didn't give you an interest free loan..... I mean get real already!!!
