Was first customer in with a SIM card issue for a newly purchased BOOST phone from Walmart not BOOST. Was told I needed a black SIM card and not the one that came with the phone. The csr was very kind, accommodating and gave me an AWESOME deal on it and 8 left quickly with my phone operating and he even helped me with my vehicle Bluetooth hook up with a smile on his face. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was the only worker on 9/9/24

I went here today because I have had a recurring problem with my service being dropped. I received great customer service and the employee was very knowledgeable. There was only one employee and she was very considerate, attentive and aware of every customer there. She was able to help me with my phone in between helping the other customers and while on hold too. Very happy with how I was treated here.
