The moment I asked her what type of phone I was looking for and all my info transferred she did exactly that and recommended the phone that best fit me. Today 5/7/2025 at 4pm the customer service unprofessional uncaring I tripped as i was exiting the store fell on the ground none they did not come to ask if i was ok i was completely ignored. Very upset because i’m emergency worker. I can be the one who can be saving there life acting heartless mean can not even offer a hand to get up . Plus all the promotions change the prices giving nonsense prices .

Had a wonderful experience! The staff here were very well informed and helped me with everything I needed! Victoria and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of! I had problems with another store and they took care of everything for me with even better prices! Definitely will be coming back to this location for any cellular needs and will be recommending this store to everyone. Thank you Stephanie and Victoria for all of your help and for being so friendly, understanding, and personable!!!

I walked into the store ready to spend at least $800 today to get an upgrade because I cracked my phone screen. I walked out without purchasing anything because the representative clearly was more interested in her personal phone conversation. I let her know I was looking to upgrade my phone due to cracking my phone screen. She asked me how long I had the phone and I let her know for over a year. Without even taking my number or pulling up an account for me she goes into how upgrades are expensive and basically not worth it. She seemed unwilling to help and uninterested in her job so I left. I have had MetroPCS for several years and have never had a representative handle a customer inquiring about an upgrade the way in which she did. If you don't like your job get a new job because sitting on the phone running your mouth instead of assisting customer is poor customer service. Literally just going to go down the street to the next MetroPCS and get the proper assistance. I would not recommend this location.She kept talking about the price point when I didn't even look at any phones but to assume that I don't have money is discriminatory. Lol her loss.

This is the worst phone store. The emplogre today literally lied to me about doing something because she was too lazy to wait on ths phone. Virtually everyone I have interacted w in this store is super lazy. She probably lied because I canceled m serv today. How offensive. Now I have to go into a Boost Mobile again after she lied and wasted my time, again seemingly because she is super lazy.
