Adriana was wonderful. She helped me unlock my phone and get service when the website wasn't working. She went above and beyond her customer service. I tried to activate my phone online and the number didn't work. she helped assign me a new number and get my account activated. She even checked my phone compatability. She literally went above and beyond. I have no words to express my deep gratitude for her and her exceptional customer service.

If I could give cero Stars to this place I would , not just because of the horrible data coverage and lag of service so slow most off the time , besides the customer service is berry poor on this place ... I bought 2 iphones 7 couple months ago and start having problems Whit one of them , so my service was interrupt because of the malfunction on one of them ,so took it back and the guy told me that he can't do anything at the moment and his manager had the day off , so I ask him to find a solution or try calling your manager , and his answer was that he didn't want to call her because she was pretty much sleeping by then ...... I just end up switch from boost ASAP ....

These people are late to work ! Its now 9:15am and there is no one in the store yet when their suppose to be open at 9am . How unreasonable !

The sign says they open at 9am me and my mom waited outside for 20min and still no one had opened the gates were raised so someone was inside and just didn't bother to open, tried calling and no one answered phone either
