Called this place like 9 times n it rings forever then drops call. I was about to switch carrier n get 4 phones for the family but they can't answer the phone. Terrible business etiquette

I came to the store today the man working was so accommodating so nice I'm going to be buying a new phone from them in about 2 weeks but the problems with my old phone he was very very helpful he helped me get back online he helped me get back on Facebook marketplace nice guy I really recommend going to the store. If you want a pleasant experience at a phone store

About two weeks ago, I needed information about Boostmobile, I called costumers service several times and unfortunately, no one could help me... :(I decided to come to this store and oh, surprise!What no costumers service; who I called that day, was able to help me...A very kind little girl was able to do it. I don't remember the name... But he was very kind and helped me a lot!!!Thank you!!!???
