took it here for my computer because i heard from a friend that it was a good place. all the parts that they put in the pc werent working and made my pc slower. broke a part of my computer while they “fixed it” do not recommend

I do not recommend this place at all, I took it twice because it did not charge my cell phone, they told me that they put a new charging center in it but it was a lie, they just cleaned it a week later, it was no longer useful, and they took off my screen a few days later and I no longer have it They wanted to fix that it wasn't their fault and they wanted to charge me 85 for something that they did, they scrub something for you to come back

I got a screen protector installed in store and I was not told that the thumbprint sensor may not work. However I took it back to them because there was obvious debris or a thumbprint under the screen protector and I was told that it was the glue from the screen. So because the woman who installed it messed up the first time and peeled it off and did not wipe off the glue residue and just put it back on after the third attempt, I am stuck with, not only a thumb sensor that does not work but a screen that already looks dirty from glue residue and I'm out 15 bucks. And they did not take responsibility for it and just said that these screen protectors are purchased from their vendor with glue on them, seriously? Now why would they KNOWINGLY sell a product like that.I would give them one star because of the screen protector only, however I have used this cellular company on more than one occasion and I have gotten great service, but the woman that I dealt with was very unprofessional and she messed up my screen, I know she did. They can check their video if they want and see her many attempts and realize why I have glue residue all over my damn screen!Would still recommend them? Yes, for replacing a screen and fixing phones and flashing phones and all of the services they have. I would just tell you to avoid this woman was long straight black hair, so not to lose out on your hard earned money. And she would not give me her name. I think very hard before I leave an flattering review, but we use our phone constantly and on a regular basis and I want to save someone else from having the frustration that I have regarding the screen protector. Now I have to buy my own and install it, wish me luck. Now if I'm disappointed I have no one else to blame but myself.**Update 4/26/23**So I tried to take off the screensaver that they put on, now the lady did tell me that there was glue on the thumbprint but I had no idea that the screen protector would not come off. It took me 45 minutes to take it off carefully and not destroy my thumbprint or my screen (see pics). I cannot tell you how frustrated I was dealing with this. The $15 it cost for the protector could have cost me a whole screen. Now remember they knowingly sold me this horrible product, happy shopping people and think twice.
