After a week of complete frustration and horrible service from the young girl at the Cave Creek and Bell Rd store, this Boost was a breathe of fresh air. They actually helped me unlike the other boost and or the customer service from Boost. Everytime I called I had to hold 20-30 mins for them to tell me the phone I confirmed was eligible on the website in fact was NOT because of my sim card . After that happened twice and my eligibility for my upgrade was 2 days away and no one would actually help me I went into the Greenway store and they were great. They finally got me setup with my own phone number on a new razor and explain everything to me why nothing had worked until then .

Every time I come to this store, Jose is amazing. He knows exactly what he's doing is always so helpful. He is, without a doubt, the reason this is my favorite boost store in all of Phoenix.

The store manager Cynthia was more than understanding when it came to me breaking my phone and when I told her I tried and was unable to purchase a case she made it right by apologizing for the lack of service with the phone case and ordered me a new phone. I can't thank her enough ?? definitely coming back as long as I get her again!!!

I bought a boost Samsung A03. I have spoken to customer service over a half dozen times trying to get my voicemail working. Callers hear that "the person you are trying to reach is not a subscriber ". I was told the cell tower was down, I have been asked to call back in 73 hours and finally go to Boost Mobile store. I waited an hour and a half while the clerk spoke to customer service...to make a long story short; I still have no voicemail and Boost Mobile will not unlock my phone for 6 months???
