Dave and his crew are my go to peeps for advice, drilling, adjustments, etc. I am seriously wanting to get some one-on-one instruction from Dave as well. He knows his stuff. I have yet to buy a brand new ball, but if they stock the new Track Criterion...I am getting it and these guys are drilling it. A++ rating

Dave and the crew here are great! They haven’t drilled a ball for me (yet!) but always have great suggestions and quick service on surfaces and grip changes. May have to bring my next new unit here and see if they can repitch my thumb layout. A+

Went in to get my first bowling ball, nervous about the process. This place was absolutely amazing and Mike gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I am so appreciative of the time Mike spent helping me and finding the right ball for me. I will be a loyal customer forever thanks to Mike. They do everything here, including lessons on site with a few bowling lanes on location. If you are looking to tale your bowling to the next level do not go anywhere else. This is the place and is a gem.

Picked up a new bowling ball and had Dave drill it and resurfaced another ball. I appreciate Dave's expertise. I highly recommend Dave for all bowling needs.

The manager Jaylinn let At least 6 to 7 people just pay before people who had been waiting in line. We could have also just went up to the register. We read directions and stood in line. I don't understand why they have lines if they don't care if you stand in them. We stood in line for 30 min while this manager just let random people walk up to the register and pay! Sometimes you could order drinks on computer systems by the balls but not all the time. The bar was not staffed well it took a very long time to get anything to drink. This place could have definitely used anything for information bar. Food bathrooms balls. This place felt like no one really cared about it or the people playing games at this place. There are much better places to go and not to far from this place. This place is understaffed dirty and there are no rules. Good luck to you if you go! I don't see myself returning!!!!

I have gotten balls drilled from a few shops and bowling dynamics has done the best job for me. Ball never felt better off my hand and the owner/employees are very helpful, pleasant and patient with customers. Wether youre new or pro, any bowling dynamics shop should be the first place you go.
