Took my daughter out of here a few years ago but this place still gives me nightmares. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you care about your child, stay away from this place.

Absolutely love it here! My son started in the 2s room and is in the 4s now. His teachers have all been amazing, the gals in the office are so sweet and compassionate with all the kids. It's like a little family. I'm going to be so sad when he starts kinder next year ???

I loved taking my 2 year old here. I wish she was still able to attend. Can’t wait till one is able to attend school so my Little one can come here. My 2 year old was 1 at the time and learned so much. It was always nice seeing the staff, they were so friendly.

Love the family feel this place has! The Teachers and Directors are simply the best! They make you feel so comfortable when leaving your little one in their care. Couldn't have found a better childcare center! Thank you!

This place is absolutely incredible. I am so blessed to have found this daycare. The ladies that work there are amazing and so caring. They provide you with updates throughout the day and are always there to answer questions. This is by far the best daycare I've ever been to. They take wonderful care of the kids there and treat them like their own.

This place is dirty and the staff is horribly rude. My 4 yr old daughter got lice at this facility TWICE... abby the manager had the audacity to tell me over the phone the reason my child caught it a second time is because "she is native american and natives are more prone to lice" which is a horribly racist stereotype. My daughter got incident reports weekly from this place and EVEN BROKE HER ARM IN TWO PLACES... the play ground consists of wood chips, rusty metal and old tires. ?

My daughter has been attending Bright Ideas since she was just shy of 6 weeks old. I selected Bright Ideas because it was clean, fun, literally BRIGHT, and it felt like “home”. My daughter adores her teachers, and you can see through their interactions that her teachers adore her, too. Over the past 4.5 years, she has learned so much.... things I likely could not have taught her on my own. Come to think of it, they even made potty-training easy for us! The administrative staff has also been instrumental in helping me determine now where to place my daughter for kindergarten, which has relieved me of a lot of stress. Regardless of where she is placed, I am 100% confident that the team at Bright Ideas, headed up by Abby and Ryann’s fantastic leadership, have prepared my child for a successful start in school!

I researched Bright Ideas on Broadway at the recommendation of a friend whose children attend. Watching their silly videos and checking their reports on the DHS website, I felt extremely comfortable setting up a visit. I'm a first time mom who was at the end of maternity leave, and I immediately felt great about my decision to register my daughter. I even did a trial run the day before I went back to work. I took my daughter in - they sent me photos and they have an app so you can keep tabs on feedings, changings, naps, etc. My daughter started at BI in June 2018. She is now 9 months old (January 2019) and reaches out when she sees her teachers and gets excited when she sees her little friends. I couldn't imagine her being anywhere else. Now knowing some of her teachers on a personal level, I can honestly tell you that they are not just great teachers, they are great people. I feel like I'm leaving my daughter with family.

My daughter has been going here for 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about the infant room teachers. My daughter is happy and healthy, and according to her pediatrician, thriving. Everyone knows that their kids will get sick, get lice, get minor injuries (bites, scrapes, etc.) at any type of school. It's normal and you deal with it because you are the PARENT of a little person who is learning to navigate in this world. A little person who touches other kids and objects that other children touch. I appreciate the rules that Bright Ideas has in place for picking up children who are better off staying at home. My child shouldn't get sick because you HAVE to work. My wife and I will provide you with the same courtesy if our daughter is the culprit.

Called the Broadway location simply to get more information, and the receptionist seemed bothered that I called, like it was annoying for her to answer all my questions. In the end she just said "well we don't even have spots open at this time, and I don't see them getting open anytime soon so yeah". Ok, so yeah looking elsewhere.
