It was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and real. The clinic was clean and brightly lit. The services were top notch. They offered many additional services, but accepted gracefully if I refused one not being pushy. Overall a really positive experience.

Waited more than 1.5 hours to be upsold when all I scheduled was a standard cleaning. Had no cavities or issues, but Dr tried to get me to pay hundreds of dollars for a special cleaning. Staff kept apologizing for wait, but nothing was done to actually provide service. When I asked for a standard cleaning was told I would have to have a new exam. Total scam. Do not waste your time or money.

all of the staff are so nice and talkative, the dentist I had was very understanding. I had fillings done, the assistant let me hold her hand while the shots were being done and the dentist stopped every time I was in pain. every question I had was answered and they even offered me other options for my dental work that need to be treated. they allowed my partner in the room with me while getting my fillings in which was amazing for me since I have anxiety. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a short wait. the staff were all very nice and professional. The dentist I saw, Dr Holt, was considerate and careful of my sensitive teeth. I had a wonderful experience and will be returning.

All of the staff have been extraordinarily helpful. Polite, friendly, efficient - from Brenda at the front to Dr McDonald and all the DAs - they have made my trips as pleasant as a visit to a Dentist can be.

Everyone was super sweet from the moment I walked in. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was a little nervous about it but everyone made me feel super safe. Best experience ever

I found them through my insurance (MetLife) and the office was close to home so figured why not. I made an appt online for Tuesday evening but wasn’t sure whether or not this appt would include teeth cleaning so I called and asked. Was told “appointments that late in the day don’t include cleaning but that if I rescheduled my appt to Thursday morning it would” - so I of course rescheduled.I arrive Thursday morning 10 minutes prior to my appt (right when they open) and fill out the paperwork. I’m taken back, X-rays are done and gums inspected. Dentist comes in and tells me that I have some loose fillings (which makes total sense, I hadn’t been to a dentist in 3+ years) that she then begins to pull on with her metal pick, trying to see if they’d pop out. I promptly ask her to stop trying to remove them if she wouldn’t have time to fix them right after because I of course don’t want to be walking around for days with holes in my teeth until they’d have an available appt slot to get them fixed.I know that since they were loose they’d have to be redone and course would never just magically fix themselves but I can’t comprehend why it’d ever make sense to try and remove them on the spot as a “test” to see if you could? To see exactly how loose they were? Whether you could or couldn’t pop them out the fact that they were loose meant that they needed to be replaced -plain and simple. If you were successful in removing them with your pick that’d just mean that they’d need to be replaced NOW instead of later. They’re at least 3 years old and haven’t been causing me any pain. Whether or not they were super loose or just kinda loose they need to be replaced. You trying to see how loose they were just meant they’d need to be replaced sooner. Not cool. It’s now an hour and a half in with X-rays, a 5 minute gum inspection and reckless picking at my already loose fillings - but still no cleaning so I ask when it is that we’d be starting on that. A few minutes later a lady from the front desk comes in and tells me that I’d have to **come back** at 2pm for the cleaning…The ONLY reason that I switched my original appt from Tuesday evening to Thursday morning was because I was told that I’d have to in order to get my teeth cleaned - a teeth cleaning that now “couldn’t be done unless I came back at 2pm”. I came in wanting a checkup and my teeth cleaned and I left with my loose fillings (which haven’t caused any pain) made purposefully worse by the dentist and without my teeth being cleaned. So disappointing. The staff was nice but I would not recommend their services. Perhaps other locations are better than this one.
