The prices may be high; however, the establishment boasts an extensive assortment of both retro and contemporary clothing and accessories. Additionally, individuals have the opportunity to sell their own clothing and accessories at this location. Currently, they are particularly interested in mid-length coats and denim apparel. According to the young woman I conversed with, the store strives to remain aligned with current fashion trends to the best of their ability.

Buffalo chip trys to be hip or considers themselves fashionable. I'm from NY and LA where fashion is created. Buffalo chip needs to hire employees who know fashion. Not blue haired Walmart wearing arrogant pretentious skateboarders who think they know fashion. Store is overpriced and smells of mildew.

Here's a tip,
The associate looking through the clothes should have a more broad sense of fashion and styles. Rather than look through the clothes as if they're shopping for themselves. Since most of them look like they traded outfits with the homeless person at the park.

New visitor to the store. Visited the 7th street location.
Read from a forum post the store had changing rooms so I decided to visit the location. I got confused at first .. what appeared to be the genuine changing rooms with doors had a keyboard padlock attached and signs displaying "Employees only". I had to wander around until I found the changing room area they want folks to use, it's at the other side of the store with drapes.
It was a fun place to shop. I didn't see a wide selection of children's attire so I'll still seek out another thrift store for that for my child but they had an assortment of attire for everyone else.
I liked when I checked out the staffer informed me they don't issue bags, I appreciate the store's eco values.
I'm only docking a star because I found the opening slot, 11am too late. I prefer shopping earlier in the day so I can get those tasks done and move on with my day. Not a bad experience though, I'll probably invite a friend next time.

Super dirty and not an open or welcoming environment. Employees are engaged with one another and focused primarily on themselves. With a BIG dab of 23 and under vibe and angsty awkwardness, I would save your time and hand sani.

It’s not even that they didn’t take 90% of the clothes that I brought in, it’s the fact that they picked the UGLIEST clothes out of everything I brought. I look through all the clothes they offer and am baffled they would accept what they do. It’s not even about the money, I just took everything to goodwill so someone can actually use it.

Completely up to some young kids to deem whether your clothes are worthy of buying and up to their taste entirely. The shop is filled with tshirts from places like Zumiez or Hot topic, even some sad polo Ralph Laurent outlet tshirts. This place isn’t what it used to be, they almost seem to go out of their way to refuse quality vintage clothing.

They have no sign up sheet and there’s always a long line with some empty chairs that you aren’t allowed to sit in because you have to make sure to stand behind the last person to have arrived.
We know you’re not going to buy a majority of our clothes (even the ones that are still selling online for full price) so waiting in this line always makes me debate the purpose of coming at all.

Terrible place to sell clothing. You're basically in the hands of one or two individuals who are playing judge and jury of your clothing and you're at the mercy of their personal fashion sense. I brought in 2 huge bins of clothes and they only took one shirt. I'm glad though because I took the lot back home and took the time to list it online and made close to a $1k so there's that I guess. I don't enjoy the shipping process but it's nice to have some extra money.

❤️✨ Uptown Phoenix location is the best! They always buy my jewelry and items I bring! The staff are super cool. The location in Tempe it's all right mostly younger buyers and they don't buy much of what I bring. I recommend going to the one in uptown Phoenix if you need to sell your clothes and for better customer service.

I came here with 2 whole buckets of clothes and they picked out 2 things and offered me $3 each ? I took the deal but before I walked out I changed my mind because mind you I payed $20 for those shirts each so I asked for one back and she said okay and she gave it back to me with a $26 price tag on it because thats how much they were gonna resell it for ?♀️ dont even bother wasting your time here, if its a popular named brand like Holister or Shein they also wont take it for some reason. #scam #wasteoftime

I just went to this Buffalo Exchange on 7th Street, today. Phoenix is in the middle of an extreme heat advisory and this store has no air conditioning, at all! It felt as if I had entered the Fires of Mordor. I was able to make it to the front counter without passing out. My only question for those poor workers was, "What was wrong with the management for having a store open under these conditions?" The workers physically looked horrible but management insisted they stay open. Maybe that next $70 pair of used jeans will make or break the company. Profits are much more important to management than the Health and Welfare of their workers and their clientele. That's a huge liability risk for any company to take. I refused to stay and shop in those conditions. So this client left with nothing. It will be a long time before I will ever consider coming back to shop at a store that thinks so little of its customers and workers.

The staff are very rude and select only the clothes that they like. They have very poor taste in clothes and all the clothes in the store are ugly. I waited one hour in line for no reason. What a waste.
