Ordered double whopper and fries. 10 minutes later, people who ordered after me are getting their food. No one at the front counter wanted to talk to me so I had to call someone over. Didn’t make my food. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my meal. District Managers need to make an appearance and teach these people how to conduct business.

April was amazing! Her customer service was A1, she greeted us when we came in, she was patient with us as we took a min to order, she was friendly with my son who was trying to distract her with his sensory bin, overall AMAZING service from her. Thank you for being so kind April!

The bathroom is locked, only opened upon request, and they only allow 1 person into the bathroom at a time. While clean, the personnel have little personality, and the atmosphere is cold and not inviting to customers. Food was standard burger King fair.

When I pulled up to the drive thru window, the crew member as they call their employees was very salty. She looked like she couldn't smile, or say anything nice. The food, once again, was mediocre the rodeo cheeseburger only had 2 onion rings and was kind of warmed up, like they had an extra on the heat lamp service area.This Burger King needs a change, or give us a Del Taco. Because this neighborhood is mostly Hispanic and Mexican food is by far more delicious than one more burger spot. We already have 4. McDonald's, Wendy's, Jack In The Box, and In N Out cmon

Service was awesome. They are always so nice when I come. However my impossible whopper was half cooked. I’m disgusted. I was stuck at work and couldn’t run back up there. Very disappointing. First time ever happening. I usually get my sandwiches cut in half and this time I didn’t due to rushing and I regret it!!Vegetarian options: They don’t cook it well.

So I went to a Burger King location on for lunch. I am a member of their crown rewards program so I was going to go on the app to provide some feedback on my visit, which was good. That's when I found out that my account was suspended for some reason. All the app would say is for me to call customer service but when I called customer service, the number referred me back to the app, unable to speak to anyone or resolve this issue. I even tried sending an email to guest services but no one has yet to contact me back. The restaurant themselves did a great job, however the corporate level needs a lot of work! I asked at the counter if they had an additional number to corporate to see if I could get this resolved but they said they don't talk to corporate. How can a restaurant not communicate with corporate and how can I get this resolved?

Ordered a hot and cold water and was charged $1. The "manager" had to call another "manager " to confirm. AND WAS TOLD DUE TO THE AREA WE HAVE TO CHARGE!!! EXCUSE ME!!! BURGER KING WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR "YOU RULE" SLOGAN?!? I guess it doesn't apply in this area?!? Not 1 customer in the store or drive thru and you wonder why!!!! Take that same energy and put it towards GIVING US FRESH FOOD MAKE IT WHEN ORDERED NOT SITTING UNDERNEATH THE "HOT" LIGHT!! WE CUSTOMERS WANT FRESH/HOT FOOD AND NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR WATER BECAUSE OF THE AREA... BY THE WAY NOT 1 EMPLOYEE HAD ON A NAME TAG OR HAIR NET I HAVE FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD IN THE PAST!!! SO WITH ALL YOUR COMPETITORS A BLOCK AWAY THEY JUST GOT MY BUSINESS AND BY THE WAY THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR WATER DUE TO THE AREA!!! AND YOUR REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!
