Horrible customer service, I would give it zero starts if I could. The store is a MESS literal trash everywhere, items prices wrong and when in help by the "manager" Leane, the experience was even worse not only am I saying this as a customer but I also heard from the two employees close to us and I quote "you will always have a hard time with that manager" meaning Leane. When we needed assistance for an item with no price, she marked it at the highest price. When we found the same item at a cheaper price. She gave us a whole explanation (that as customers we do not need to hear) about the vendors and their different prices. If I wanted to pay full price for an item, I would be at their branded department store, not Burlington. People go there because prices are supposedly "cheap" although the items are usually trash. The store overall is a mess. There's stuff on the floor everywhere. It's unorganized and filthy. Worst choice to spend my money here.

Burlington this location not recommended at all. For a business to try to intimidate you simply walking in they have security guards letting you in as if you were entering the White House. It's a thrift store with cheap prices and asian produced clothing.
Try exiting out the other side you'll be greated with another armed guard as if you were trying to run. Uncomfortable experience and employees give you looks.
Everything is closed and every single packaging is locked with security boxes and cables. You can't even read the box labels or anything. Maybe install decent cameras and clean around your store and take better care of it to prevent shoplifting.

Makes you feel like a criminal just walking in, making people stand infront of a camera for 30 seconds before entering is wild.

Very good place to find the best clothes that suit all ages . One bad thing I always experience here continuously is that they are always short on cashiers . Lines are very long, and it takes a lot of time to checkout . Lots of people and only 2 cashiers work every time there is only 2 . That makes the customers wait for so long . I really love this place, but this is the only bad thing that bothers me and the others

The entrance was rough. They have a person on the front they let you in until the door is closed. 2 families in a small place we barely fit in there, so they can let us in. And the restroom is closed now. A lot of people spend so much money in there.

First time to this store. Mu friend abd I had our cart taken away andvrwfused to be rung up because I went to kitchen section at 10:45pm and did not get in line as they ordered. I told them they can't just maje up rules last min aa long as I checked out by 11pm. It was a far drive and barely made it in time to buy something in home goods. Because I was defiant, they accused us of coming in every night intentionally. First She demands to look in my purse. I show her. Still, she refuses to let me purchase my items, insisting security said we were on camera. It's not possible because that never even took place. They made stuff up to get the store closed in time. Horrible service. I then realized that after doors locked my wallet, I was still in the shopping cart. I had to drive back the next day to pick it up.

Takes forever to buy something. Lines are always extremely long. There's a racist white old lady who has to let you in. She stared at me up and down because I'm brown. She doesn't even hide it. Go elsewhere. It's so bad here.
