You shop for 30 mins and someone takes your shopping cart. Stupid store.
I had 3 pairs of shoes in my shopping chart. Most probably no customer was interested about my shopping cart and it was an employee. doesn't matter. That was my experience. No one to blame. It was my fault. Next time, keep your sopping chart close to you if you go there. the edit was made after Burlington replied.

Worst place ever, they just want to steal your money and accuse of something you didn’t do just to make you buy . MAY THIS PLACE GOES TO BANKRUPTCY. (Long story , I went to this place with my son and while waiting for the customer checkout line my son saw and want me to open those Jello(jelly) box so i opened and trying to give one since he is hungry but i put it back because there were already two empty jelly inside the box (someone else already eat two and put it back) so I grabbed the other box and gave one to him since i know its my responsible to buy once i gave it to him. While checking out The cashier mexican lady accused me I have to buy the other jelly box back since she saw me giving one to my son which I didn’t , so i just end up purchasing the first one .After that I walked away from the building and quickly went back into the store to returned it back the first jelly one that I didn’t give to my son told the manager lady i want to return it back and you won’t have to refund my money back and again she said she can’t take back something already opened and ask her to check the security cameras and told me they can check only at 3 pm . I was like okay fine just forget it so i just throw the whole jelly box in the trash bin outside of their building . ) not even worth one star*

I got a gift for the holidays bought from there and they wouldn't exchange it for a different size because I didn't purchase it myself. I wasn't trying to get a refund just an exchange. Im not going to be shopping there anymore after I found that out. I buy gifts from there also and I don't want my recipients to have issues also. Not cool. So I tried coming back today its been a while, and they told me to pull my face mask down. SEROUS! They are for a reason. Not just to protect from covid or hide your face. No more Burlington for me! Its a hastle now. I'll go to Ross or DDs instead there cheaper anyways.

I was shopping with my family and the lady that came started to blantly lie and accuse my family if hanging out when in reality we were shopping with a cart full of clothes we almost didn't pay for them and leave them there because of how upset my family got when then the employee in question Started lying to the other employees about the situation that was being recorded on camera
