Don't waste your time and money here. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion with a warranty the car has been in their service department over a week and no one has kept me informed as to the repairs. On November 6th I spoke with Tony at the number you provided, however once again your company isn't honoring tge warranty on the vehicle I purchased. Again be aware of this company

Bought a car for my wife and I, honestly we had to get it worked on for a week and then we got it back and did it again but this was our ONLY car but “they couldn’t do anything to help” no loaner, no loan deferment, nothing…
We bought the car thinking it was a good deal but ended up getting screwed. They have such nice people especially Sara, Jacob, and Bruce at the dealership and they are helpful but the finance company that they go through ain’t doing anything for anyone. It’s all a Money grab and won’t do anything unless you pay MORE MONEY! horrible and screwed us then took the car!
Don’t waste your time. Looking back I see nothing but people with the same problems from this.

Really disappointed in this place I was sold by the word of people there I’ve had a car going on 45days with check engine light turning off and on for a the same code went to the dealer shop where they said they would look at it when the mechanic called me, the check engine light had turned off for the day. He said there was nothing they could do till it turned back on. It turned back on and here. I’ve been calling every day and haven’t been able to get no response or anything from them

Bought my first ever car 10/10 and the check engine light came on 10/11 took it to be repaired on Monday as the car was jerking when it came to a stop ! Was able to pick it up on Tuesday! Today is now Friday 10/17 not only is my traction control turning off and on I now have my check engine light on once again. I’m a first time buyer and I didn’t know they would sell me something that I would have to not only make biweekly payments on but now repairs ! Never again will I return to this place of business do your research before going for a vehicle ! I wish I did !!
