After purchasing a 2023 Lyriq from Coulter, it has been a complete nightmare. When the Supercruise software was loaded, adaptive cruise control and navigation were no longer functional. We dropped the vehicle at the dealership on May 31st. It is August 23rd and the vehicle has never been in Coulter's service bay never repaired. Upon contacting Cadillac, they said the dealership had done all they were going to do and if we didn't pick up the vehicle, Coulter would start charging us storage fees. I was in shock. Coulter takes pathetic customer service and unethical business to a new low. DO NOT deal with this dealership. They are incompetent and immoral.

I purchased a gently used vehicle several weeks ago from this dealership. I was given an "owe" slip that they would fix some fairly major scratches on the paint in several parts of the vehicle. In addition, one of the two keys they gave me didn't work at all. It took days to get a response and only after I complained and emailed upper management. The car was picked up today and it was as if a five year old did the paint touch up. Do not buy a car from Christina Rogge. Buyer beware.

I took my 2015 enclave for a/c check because it was blowing hot air, Ernie one of the "experts" he told me that my suv needed almost 4,600 dlls in repairs which was a lie because I took it to half price auto repair shop and they recharge my system and is working like new again for $350.00 Talking about ripping off peopleI can only give these guys a 1 star because there is not an option to give them 0 stars

My 4th car purchase from Coulter. They truly make the car buying experience a little easier. Being someone that dreads the thought of buying a car and dealing with salespeople , this location is totally different. Everyone is friendly and professional and no run around like other dealers. Give this place a try... they are the best in the business

I made an appointment here to have my oil changed on my CT5. Tires toted and air filter changed . My appointment was for 10:30 they put me with an advisor ( I won't mention names because I expect a call from the manager ) . He quoted me a wrong amount . I told him I had another appointment at 1:00 which is 2.5 hours later plenty if time . 12:30 rolls around I have been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours . He is no where to be found . Another service advisor helps me with my paperwork I ask him if air filter was changed and he said no ? Ok I now get in my car and "if" the tires are rotated all the air is off one has 35psi, 37,psi and all are different . Wow come on Cadillac so disappointed I will not be coming back .

Do not buy from this dealership! Do not buy the M3 for sale! Purchased the 2018 m3 and the check engine light comes up the next day! Took it to bmw authorized service center to get it checked up and was informed that it needed $5000 in repairs and was leaking coolant into the engine and that I should not drive the vehicle or the engine could seize, also there were 2 cylinders misfiring and the engine had been tuned where the dealership had told me no modifications have been made, lied straight to my face, after a week of back and forth on false promises to fix the car they let me return it. when talking to the manager Tom Ilsen he said, and I quote "I'm going to just reset the codes, clear the check engine light and sell it to someone else, you shouldn't care because you're getting your money back". Never have I heard something more scummy from a dealership, please stay far away from their used cars unless you want a headache and repair bills coming your way!

I would never buy a car from this place again . Shady dealership. I been trying to cancel my warranties that I was not aware of purchasing! Since end January since beginning of February. I went in on 3/3 /2023 to cancel my warranties . Since no one would return our phone calls & messages. I call today the warranty to company to check the status. The warranty co has not received the cancellation request from the dealership. It takes several weeks for the cancellation request. 6-8 weeks process . I will have to send myself since I have a cop of cancellation form from the dealership. Thanks for waiting my time .

I will make this short and to the point. I made a service appointment for an oil change using the car screen interface and then received a confirmation of my appointment in email. However, when I showed up for my appointment days later, it unfortunately never reached their local system. In sum, they weren't expecting me. Well... after that hiccup and having to potentially be turned around by their intake attendant (40 minutes BACK home - Argh!) a simple, easy and comfortable conversation with Michael Ludtke (Service Manager) and Sam Mendoza (Asst. Service Manager) they listened and massively stepped up. Michael said, don't go home... we will take care of you right now. On top of that... because of the inconvenience, they paid for the service. Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations! I never even had to ask! Just done and DONE!Man... I was ready to tell a completely different story here in Yelp but BIG thanks to Mike and Sam for knowing how to treat a customer and for caring as much as you apparently do.I appreciate you gentlemen! I will not forget this!

To be clear, this review is for the BODY SHOP only as I was a customer there for repairs not a purchase. Jerry, in particular, was absolutely outstanding. My repair took over a month and a half due to the other party's insurance company and Jerry and his team kept me updated weekly. They worked seamlessly with the insurance companies. Accidents are stressful and frustrating but Jerry made it so much easier on me and my family. A real pleasure.
