Luis is an over promiser under deliverer. literally said a week ago jeep would be ready and then doesn't communicate, call back or give accurate dates. every day is a new story. super frustrating and having to play detective to get any information. worst experience i have ever had dealing with a body shop.

My car was sent in to fix with this company through my insurance and they did a horrible job. The car still has a lot of details that need fixing and this company said that's all they could do for me very unprofessional not very helpful at all. The sensor to open my back trunk still does not work they did nothing to fix it. They also gave me my car back VERY FILTHY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would rate 0 stars they are very unprofessional they do not communicate . They change the estimates with the insurance company like 3 times . If your insurance company has an agreement with them they will do everything without notifying you .
The customer service ends when you leave the car there . Minor accident replacement will cost you a lot . If you are look for good customer service and communication and a low quote do not come here .

Terrible service, they treat you well when you arrive, and then they ignore you, be careful that your insurance does not have an agreement with them because that will allow them to modify the budget in their favor.

If I could give a 💯 stars, I would. Absolutely superb experience with them, especially David W. Above and beyond. Friendly, honest, kind, conscientious. Superb communicator, superb at keeping me in touch.
I drove from Maine ... was traveling ... to get the work done here. Was worth it!

Everyone there is very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. A neighbor hit and run my car and I had planned a vacation with my kids only a couple weeks later. Car went in, was able to keep track of the progress with a text/site that they use, and was out and done in a week and a half. They were always easy to get ahold of when I had a question, and they took care of the insurance part so I didn't have to deal with it. The work was done well, quickly, and my car was nice and clean when I went to pick it up. Thank you so much, everyone was so great and the process was so quick and easy!
