We had no intention of buying another new car yesterday. But we drove a new Lincoln Corsair GT home!
We had the great pleasure of dealing with Brock, our salesman; Omar, in finance; & Angela the manager of the service department.
These fine folks made our decision to trade easy! We are looking forward to more association with Camelback Lincoln👍

Mitch and Alex worked hard to ensure that I was provided with the best options and that my goals and needs were at the center of my truck buying experience. When I buy a truck, I look no further than Camelback Ford! Thanks, guys

Very bad experience with these people, they are completely unprofessional. I took my car in for repairs and they returned it damaged, and they took so long that I decided to pick it up. That place is a dump. Thanks for nothing, ELVIS MONDRAGON. They also damaged the light where they did the repair; it doesn't work anymore. They are a disgrace.

I took my f150 in for a safety recall for the master brake cylinder a week after scheduling it. They thought it would be fixed in a day. They did not get the parts for another week. In addition they did not provide a loaner vehicle and the service manager did not return my calls asking about the status of the work. The new brake cylinder seems to work fine

Went in to look, decided to trade in the current ride for a new Ranger. Alex Ascarrunz and Peter Percarelu really went the extra mile to ensure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable. They both were very friendly, personable, and willing to literally run around the lot to get the necessary tools I needed in the end to remove a few items from my vehicle so I could get on the road. And I mean they ran! In this 100+ degree heat. Appreciate you guys.
*Edit Sales is great here, service is highly lacking. After numerous visits regarding alignment issues I finally had my issue resolved by Firestone. But by that time I had to purchase new tires. Less than 30000 miles and tires were showing steel belt on the inside with tons of rubber on the outside. Also, I have referred 3 friends who have also purchased vehicles. I have yet to receive one referral bonus. I call, my number is passed on and I'm told someone will contact me...and then nothing. Doesn't matter who you speak to, once you purchase a vehicle they could care less unless they are getting more money from you.

This dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had they are not a company that can be trusted there is not words that can describe the unethical behavior that the people representing this company are going by if you do not want to have the regrettable experience when buying or having your vehicle in for service stay as far as you can away from this dealership

Great customer service by great people. Rick Silverman made the purchase of our new 2025 Aviator easy and hassle free. Loved our 2020 Aviator and this one is even better!
Thanks again to Camelback Lincoln!

The sale manager and finance people were sensational. They could not have been more helpful, friendly, supportive and willing to negotiate and they gave us a decent deal on a new used car.

I always have a hard time trying to locate an employee who wants to help out. They take an extremely long time and good luck with getting greeted or a warm welcome as you arrive. You go to them, they don’t greet you. Also watch out if all the workers are taking a lunch break at the same time and heaven forbid you interrupt them.

I could've went to Chapman since I live closer but I have a sense of loyalty and went online to schedule an oil change and wanted service for my sunroof. That was yesterday. I was told that the oil change could be done today but sunroof issue needs to go to the shop. I said OK because I'm flexible and they were kind enough to get me a Lyft back home. Got a call on the way home that the free oil change I was given when I bought the truck there expired and it was going to cost me some bucks. I'm flexible so I said ok. Yeah, I know I can get it cheaper somewhere else but I'm willing to pay for service.
Today: No updates and I had to call in (ok, I get it, you get busy). The guy who picked up informed me that the advisor I was working with wasn't in and that he'd leave a message for him to get back with me tomorrow. I just want an update. I can't get that today? After some miracle work, he says that they're just doing the oil change 24 hours later and maybe I get the truck tomorrow or the day after.
I get it. You sweeten me up when I drop $80K on a truck and then I'm pretty much on my own after that. I'm always hopeful but seems like all you guys are the same.
If you're going to deal with this particular dealership, just be wary. They're awesome in the beginning but we all know it's just an act.

Sales people and finance manager was of course fired and promised certain things like 2 years worth of free oil changes . I even went to return my spare key to vehicle that was traded in . Service/ maintenance always takes so long and they never have loaners cars available. rep Steven and manager Kevin weren’t able to assist with one till 6 weeks out . They stated they can only do Lyft credit but only up to 15
Miles . They can’t pay the rental fee through hertz because it won’t be covered . I went last time for oil change only and was there for like 3 hours
