Service writer Victor is a liar and garbage at his job.Service tech is lazy (I assume)Gary the service manager seems to want to keep customers happy, but when you have a team like that, good luck.Bought a truck new from this location, When I bought it we worked in some free full service oil changes. I can see why they give them away so easily. Brought the truck in for the service at 8:30am, I requested the full service, fuel filters to be changed and also had 2 recalls which needed to be looked at.My wife gets a call at 12 saying my truck is done but the fuel filters are fine and they didn't change them ( I didn't ask for them to be checked, I wanted them changed at 30k miles). I called Victor the service advisor, he proceeds to speak non stop about the truck being 100% done and why they didn't do the other requested service. He also informs me the recalls weren't done due to the shop being busy and we would have to wait for days. I informed him that we set this appointment on 1/3/2024 this service was being done on 1/16/2024 so they had plenty of time to contact me to say this would take "days" to complete. He then decided to Try to talk over me and argue and then sent me over to Gary the manager. Gary ended up getting the filters and recalls taken care of by 3pm.Picked the truck up by 3:30pm and noticed the tires weren't rotated (I knew his only because of the brake dust on the front wheels) , Oil filter looks like it wasn't touched and fluids all over the underside of the truck. Spoke with Gary again, informed him of everything. He went and spoke with the technician, The tech said he changed the oil but didn't rotate tires because the truck was too big for the vehicle lift(must not have any jacks in that shop) My wife was assured and signed paperwork stating that ALL Services were complete. Gary did ask if I he could pick the truck up and get anything done and or redone that I wanted to rectify the issue. I don't trust the techs

Absolute worst vehicle buying experience I’ve ever been through and continue to go through even after a month of having the vehicle. There is no communication when it comes to important information because they honestly do not care. Once you drive off the lot they do not care if you have any concerns or questions and they just want to forget you as a customer and move on to the next so they can treat the next person the same way. Would not recommend going through them ever there are plenty of other dealerships throughout the valley.

Our service advisor Victor was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond with a warranty issue to help our family save money. He kept us up to date with the progress of our vehicle. It was great service by all who handled our vehicle. Thank you!!

THEN DONT COME TO CAMELBACK FORD WORST SERVICE EVERI will not be back at this location ever I recently came from Volkswagen where I had purchased my last vehicle and the service there was amazing in my experience but if you need anything done and can get it done at another location I suggest you do

I took my 2015 Ford Escape to Camelback Ford for this growling noise that would occur when my car was idling and last up to speeds of 60mph. Admittedly, I think I drove my car too long with these noises, but Josh G. and Anthony A. saved my car! Josh, the technician, quickly diagnosed that two of my three motor mounts had collapsed and discovered the pully on my crank damper was damaged. Both of these are big fixes, but Josh being the skilled technician he is was able to streamline his mechanical talents saving me time and money on my service orders. He was able to fix my car two days ahead of schedule!When I pulled up to turn in my car to service, I was greeted at 7:30am with enthusiasm from Anthony A. He patiently listened as I described the roaring sounds of my car and asked tons of questions. He was honest about the time it would likely take for my car to be diagnosed, and provided me options for working in the cafe and or getting a shuttle home. He thoroughly communicated with me about the status of my car and answered all my questions regarding costs and parts at *never* spoke down to me which is something I have experienced as a woman concerned about her car. When I say INCREDIBLE customer service from Anthony, I mean it!!!!Now, my car runs so smooth and quiet, she is ready for another 100,000 miles and countless adventures! I'll only ever drive Ford, and will continue to bring my vehicles to Camelback for their servicing (and request Anthony and Josh to work with!). Always quick and professional, going anywhere else would be a mistake.

I had a great experience at Camelback Ford. I started on the Ford website and found a car that looked as though it was the right one for me. I heard back almost immediately from Steve. We were able to get rough numbers together through text messaging and within a few minutes, I could see that we were on the same page. at least enough so that I felt confident going down to the dealership. The experience there was just as easy. Fairly quick, smooth, and everyone was friendly. I think we’ve all had plenty of negative experiences at car dealerships. This was the best experience I’ve had. I have owned nine Ford vehicles. So, it was good to find a Ford dealership. I feel like I could return to.

This dealership has been amazing!! I called around many of other dealerships to have my f150 repaired because I needed a loaner while the work was being done. Cherish was the service rep that helped me with everything. She was very very kind, helpful and honest. She had me in and out of there very fast and got me in a loaner truck. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.Thank you all for the help and keeping your customers happy and satisfied!!

I had called to reschedule for service on my vehicle, everything was going well, until I started asking what the availability was like for the upcoming week, the operator was being a little rude, was a little pushy, once I asked if there's anything on Monday, she replies "no" with an attitude, then offered an appointment for Tuesday morning, and I simply said may I check my schedule to see if that works, she didn't reply, and then after hangs up before I could reply.

I took my car in one week ago for servicing as she was growling at idle and speeds up to 60mph. I was happily greeted at 7:30am by Anthony A. who listened so sincerely as I spoke to him about my situation. He asked clarifying questions, and was honest about the time it would take to diagnose my car. He provided my options to work in the Cafe as long as I needed to, or get a ride home. He also let me know I could get a voucher for uber/lyft to get to my next location. A few days later Anthony reached out to let me know what my situation was, and he answered ALL my questions with honesty and directness - no games and no patronizing! He gave me timelines for when my car would likely be finished, was upfront about pricing and eligible discounts such as student & military, and even let me know my car could get delivered right to my door. This evening I went to pick up my car, and Anthony was so jazzed to be giving me my keys back because he knew he had an ecstatic customer! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on, and gave me my girl back all nice and shiny. Now, the hands that made it all happen....service technician Josh G.!!! What a guy I tell ya. Not only did he quickly diagnose my car, but his wisdom and skill was able to streamline the work being done (bad pulley on a crank damper and multiple collapsed motor mounts). HE FIXED MY CAR TWO DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. I feel like most experiences with service you get your car back three days late, but Josh is here is kick cans and take names. Stoked is an understatement. Seriously, I am elated to have my car back, and she runs so smooth and quiet, it feels like I am driving a new car! Thank you, gracias, danke, grazie! I will only ever take my car to Camelback Ford, and I'll be requesting Anthony and Josh every time!

Jonella is an amazing employee at the Camelback Ford service department. I apologize if I may have misspelled her name. Jonella assisted me with providing the status of my 2020 Ford Explorer service repair and also with helping me locate my vehicle so I could retrieve my work badge. We spent upwards of 15 minutes before we located the vehicle in the blazing heat. She went above and beyond to help me with my requests. Jonella will be the reason that I return to Camelback Ford for any future vehicle services needed because she took the time to make my customer service needs important to her. Thank you.

Thomas and Saeed were very helpful salesmen, they were so happy to answer all our questions and be patient with us while we were still in the research process. And they were genuinely trying to help us pick the right vehicle for us and not trying to upsell us. It was a tough process trying to get hands on a the one I wanted, and they actually drove all the way to Goodyear to pick up a vehicle just to make sure I could go home with it same day instead of waiting for the one in transit to arrive. Very nice people who did the most for us and will definitely be going back for our next vehicle purchase! Alfonso in finance was awesome!! He was always finding ways to make our payments lower and give us the best deal. He was also very entertaining and high energy which is helpful after being at the dealership for hours! I understand now why Ford has the most loyal customers!! Thank you to the whole team for helping us!!

Huge thank you to Izzy for helping make purchasing a car from a dealer such an easy & simple process. After a few bad experiences elsewhere I vowed to never shop a dealership again, however the exact spec of a new Charger was on Facebook Marketplace for sale at Izzy’s Lincoln dealer as a recent trade-in. I walked in to check out the car not intending on purchasing, but after receiving such top-notch customer service, I felt way better making an offer on the vehicle. To my surprise, they accepted my offer and I drove it home same day! Can’t thank him enough, please consider Camelback Ford/Lincoln for your next vehicle and make sure you ask for Izzy!Special thanks to Mr. Travis in financing for giving me all the information I needed without pressuring me into anything I didn’t want. Very rare today in car sales, and I truly appreciate the way these guys take care of their customers.

To begin, I live in casa grande and happened to drop in to camelback Ford one day to look at some new trucks. Keep in mind this place is appx 1 hr from me. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Francisco Moreno. I told Franciso more less what I was looking for and a budget. Well, I didn’t find anything pleasing that day, but Franciso kept in contact with me finding me every possible option when came to picking a model. After about 3 weeks of back and forth he found me a truck I fell in love with. I appreciated his hard work and perseverance in finding me the right truck. He was always able to answer questions. Had great patience with me and had a great attitude. I recommend anyone reach out to Francisco for your next purchase with camelback Ford. Superb job!

This review is for Christian C - thank you for doing what everyone else I spoke to said was impossible! I reached out to numerous dealerships trying to do a key for key trade on my other vehicle for a bronco sport and no one but Christian was able to do just that. He was prompt and polite and didn’t try to negotiate a different deal and the paperwork process streamlined very effortlessly. If not for a blip with my title, the total time in and out would’ve maybe been an hour which is unheard of. He’s a great salesman and recommend him and this dealer highly.

I would like to share an update on my feedback about Camelback Ford.After my first feedback, the company posted the following response: "Please contact Sheilah Keilman, our Customer Relations Manager, at 855-902-9505 to discuss this further."I called them and after 2 voicemails, somebody called me back to check on a situation and offered a laughable $250 to resolve the issue. (as a reminder they sold me a no good warranty for $2600 that since day 1 never covered my vehicle). I received a prorated refund from the warranty company for $1019 and asked that manager to compensate me for the difference. The manager said he can offer me only $250, but he will try to get authorization from somebody and will call me back. It was around 30 days ago. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General and federal trade commission. Camelback Ford does not fix their mistakes. They just don't care. Keep that in mind guys when spending your hard-earned money.
