The moment I walked in the service department on my first visit, I was not greeted until I said, no one says good morning anymore? My service rep was okay. I came to pick up my suv the next morning, my service rep and another employee were talking to a customer outside . I made my presence known to my rep and he ignored me to the point where I went in the service department and said if someone could help me I’m being ignored and they said no only he can help you. Not a pleasant person. I will never go back unless I have too.

Went in for routine service on my 2024 Hyundai. Got my car in promptly and was ready and returned when promised by Rick in the service department. All around an excellent, no stress experience for this new Hyundai owner. Kudos to all!
