I took my car in for service because it needed several things that they detected, and I have no complaints about that. However, the problem is that I forgot to unplug the cameras I have mounted on my dashboard from the socket that used to be the cigarette lighter. The technicians unplugged them, but they broke one of the plugs. When I tried to plug one of my cameras back in, and also my cell phone, neither of them worked, and my phone wouldn't charge. I had to go back to the dealership to explain what happened, and thankfully, they rescheduled an appointment for me to see what's wrong. But I'm worried they're that I have to pay for something I didn't break, because I want my car to last a long time, and that's why I'm taking it to the dealership where I bought it to make sure it's working properly. I hope this situation gets resolved.

I had an incredible experience purchasing my 2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid X-Line SX - Prestige AWD from Moody Trabolsi at Camelback Kia. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to have an exceptional customer service experience, to work with Moody, along with everyone else I interacted with during my same day test drive and ultimate purchase process. I originally started working with Alex for my pre approval but then Anthony finished the rest of the process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and listened to what I was looking for. He was able to get me approved for a brand new Sportage which I love and works for my family. There’s a reason I’ve only owned Kia’s! I’m never disappointed! I highly recommend both Alex and Anthony for helping me during the process and providing amazing customer service!
