After you give them your money...Don't call them. Here's why:I made it a whole 300 miles in my brand new Crosstrek 2024 sport (yeah the fancy one with yellow stripe and all) before It forced a full stop on me while driving!! Do I need to repeat that vehicle was in 'D' mode when the computer decided its time to full stop??!. Subaru towed it away 2 weeks ago. If I had been on the freeway, not in turtle mode, it could have killed me! Not sure if I even want it back.However...when we called the sales manager for any kind of help or advice....all he would say is we can't help you. Call Subaru!!! He said: "We didn't make the car...we just sold it".So...don't expect any help after you buy a car from them.

After a not so great time at other dealerships, we decided to check out Subaru Camelback. We worked with KZ and he was absolutely amazing from the start. He was so attentive and explained all the neat features of our new car, he even helped with setting up our bluetooth after a long day! He made the car buying experience so smooth and easy and I appreciate all his efforts. I definitely recommend asking for KZ he's awesome!

Requested a quote online and received a call the very next the day. Unfortunately, I received absolutely horrible experience speaking with the sales manager. He would not discuss any numbers and was already trying to sell me things I didn’t need or ask for. After I mentioned past experiences, I’ve had at his dealership, he flat out told me he didn’t want to do business with me. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware

** BEWARE!!! ** I leased my Crosstrek here in 2021, and the leasing process was a real headache. None of the dealers there seemed professional or honest. When our lease contract ended in December 2023, I opted not to buy the car and just return it. Even before the contract concluded, they consistently reached out, trying to persuade me to sell the car earlier and lease another one, claiming my car was in high demand. They even suggested I could make an extra $2,500 for returning the car. It was already frustrating that they attempted to convince me to lease a new car before my current lease ended, especially considering it didn't make financial sense, given I'd have to pay an additional $100 to lease the new version of the same model. When I went to return my car, they suddenly informed me that I wouldn't receive any money for returning the car. They changed their stance to benefit themselves! I expressed my intention not to return the car but to buy it and sell it elsewhere. Guess what? They then offered me $1,500! What an upright dealership! I reluctantly agreed to the contract just to get through the cumbersome process. Now, it's been three weeks, and I haven't received my $1,500 check. They are also not answering my calls.

In 2019 I had a terrible experience at another Subaru Dealership which led me to Camelback Subaru. Their maintenance has gone above and beyond to take care of me for the last 4 years and I’m extremely grateful! All mechanics are wonderful to work with, but I really enjoy Rebecca in particular. She always takes extra time to explain the mechanics so I understand what is being done to my car. Thank you Camelback Subaru mechanics! Keep it up!

Make sure when you buy a new car that they inform you that the tires are garbage. Only got 32000 miles out of them even though I had them rotated at the dealer when required. Tread came off of the tire like retreads.Service dept admitted that the factory tires were garbage but they don’t tell you that when you purchase the vehicle. Also be prepared when taking your car into their service dept. to pay about 20percent more than they quote you. They charged me $267 more than they quoted and said it was the tax even though the tax only came to $126. They need a new calculator or need to go back to school to learn math. Then they try to fast talk you like your some kind of idiot. Well they got their last penny from this idiot.JUST BEWARE

Bought a used 2012 Camaro LS here, nowhere near a bad experience with Kaden. By far the best salesperson, I’m glad I got him for my first car purchase. Sales manager was also very nice and a jokester. Good place to go, I will be recommending to my friends and family

Update 10/26/2023:Took the car in to have all of the Subaru installed tint removed due to the tint bubbling in spots where dirt is in.Car was left with sticky residue on the corners of the windows and small hairline scratches on a couple of the windows. The Service Department made sure to add a comment on my paperwork stating that this Subaru Dealership will not be installing tint and that I must pay for any tint going forward.10/10 comment, honestly made me laugh. Like if I paid you more money would Julio Z. do a better job with installing the tint? Previous Review:Not sure if I would trust the rep doing tint on cars. Bought a new 2024 Impreza, brought it into service to have it tinted and have had to bring it back 6 times since. Each time the windows were retinted, there was dust, dirt, or hair in between the tint and window. The most recent time it was tinted, the rep who did it left a couple deep long scratches on the back hatch glass. Thankfully it was replaced without charge, it was also retinted. Inside the tint, theres dirt and smear marks inside(like the window wasn't cleaned before hand). Each time I have brought the car in, the inside and outside were always clean. When I picked it up, it was dirty inside, water stains and dirt on the doors and on the mats.At this point with 6 retints, I am going to be taking it to Shaded Knight Tint in Queen Creek to have professionals that care about the quality of work they leave the customer with.

Cannot recommend their online parts purchase area. very unreliable and difficult to get The order shipped in a timely manner. Their email notification system after your order is completed is non existent. Necessary to call and make yourself a pest to get any information of your order status.

My wife was caught dead in the streets stuff nightmares are made of. I called Steven at Camelback Subaru. He was able to schedule me on the books same day. When I dropped off the car I connected with him at the counter. High energy, big smile, very welcoming. Explained services being rendered and price of said services, plus guided me through warranty claim. Car was done later in the afternoon, again came in and connected with him. Same person through the whole process. That’s a big win for me. Hate being passed around to different people. Problems were fixed and came in in under quote. Nice lot, clean waiting rooms, great staff. Would use again for my next service. Great job guys…Thank you!

Last August we parked our car for several days to catch a flight to Oakland. We returned to a dead battery. We got a jump and drove to Camelback. Though it was nearing the end of the day, Iain, the service advisor, worked us in for a battery test, recharge and multi-point inspection. The wait was comfortable and updates frequent. The car has run perfectly sense. Good service.

I am on my second Subaru. The staff here are real they get people's life. They make magic happen. It's always nice to walk in this service center. Why you ask. Because they care. The other guest are completely different from other Subaru service centers that I've been to. Rebecca you have made my experiences more often amazing. The are honestly great people. Everyone is always greets you with a smile. Thank you for making experiences wonderful. Not only for me but everyone.

If you want a nice place with friendly people and a/c to hang out. It's great. They even park your car for you and have snacks. When you leave you get a feel good participation trophy that tells you your car is now performing great!! Report does not reflect the actual work or lack there of that was done on my car- "alternate facts" made my safe and reliable Subaru dangerous and unrepairable in my location. Did this dealership/management help? Nope. Was Everyone else I dealt with associated with Subaru wonderful - Yes. Lesson learned, good customer service doesn't fix cars mechanics do and there's don't.
