Terrible very bad service. I've had my car for exactly 1 year and the front camera was damaged, it has a warranty and obviously they don't have the camera, they ordered it and it took a while, then they called that the part arrived, they gave us an appointment at 8 am to fix it, and my car It was all day and I had to call at 5:30 pm, what happened to my car and they said the part had not arrived 😡, what?????? Bad service, bad information, they never have the parts. If you want to buy a car, go to the TEMPE store. Or buy another brand.

Rebecca at the Subaru service center provided what I would consider exceptional service. She made sure my car was done and ready for a long trip. What could have been a really rotten situation was avoided because of her. Cannot speak highly enough about her. Her communication, cander and honesty was too notch.

I Made appointment to meet with Robert H told him what i was looking for and i was greeted by another person cause Robert was busy finally we meet and started looking for what i wanted and this was a very great person who worked with me and my needs were met, Then i went to see Jeff in finances and also a great person we were talking about families and others things having to back to why i was there :) but Over All a awesome experiences and i would highly recommend these 2 great men. The place was clean .

Good service on our hyundai. Free lyft ride back to our home while car is services. And free pickup back to get our hyundai. Drives great. Can tell a difference just from a simple tune up. They must have service crew that take pride in what they do.

They keep you going. They offer Lyft if you need to be somewhere...otherwise sit in the big lounge with free coffee/cappuccino.

Had an excellent experience at Camelback Subaru. Their price was so low I didn't even counter it. Camelback Subaru was excellent and they didn't try to pressure me in any way, they just had what I was looking for and the salesman Joseph Rubi was extremely thorough and helpful in helping me make my decision. Would highly recommend! Even the financial Manager didn't try to force me to buy a maintenance agreement (major turn off for me!) so I am glad I bought there.
