“There was an accident durring my car wash but Alysa and Brandon took great care of me!
I went through the car wash in my lifted tacoma, every was going perfect until the top flex rack broke off my taillight at the tail-end of my wash.
My tail light was left dangling and no longer turns on but my car came out spotless from the wash lol
I brought it the issue to the attendant, he helped me fill out an incident report, notified Quick Quack corporate and all that’s left to do is for them to was a replay of the incident and decide who’s at fault.
I may return to edit my rating depending on the verdict that quick quacks comes to and how they plan to rectify the situation”

“Had a great experience here on 19th Ave. and baseline with Simon, he helped me out because this was my first time here, hooked me up with some clean seats! The crew on the floor took care of my truck, and just took over a hour which is not bad at all because it was pretty busy! I really appreciate Simon checking on us throughout our waiting service. “This is the best car wash on the West Side by Raceway 67th Avenue don't do as good and 51st Avenue they're doing a terrible job but 83rd and Encanto is my favorite place because Hector seems to be doing a great job there and it's been like that for quite a while so I recommend 83rd and Encanto if you want your car wash with everything that works keep up the good work Hector”

“The owner of this place is super friendly and nice. I have met him a couple of times and just because I was a patron he thanked me for my business. You don’t see that much anymore and it means a lot to me to know that my business is appreciated. He always seems to be present and is grateful for the business. Glad to have a touch less car wash close to my home. I have 2 black cars and it always gets it clean and this is the only place I take my cars. The vending machines have very affordable priced cleaning supplies and are exactly what you need to get your car spotless. The vacuums even get the pet hair out of the carpet! Great car wash, great customer service! Definitely recommend taking you car here!”

“The membership recently went up from $22.99 a month to $34.99 a month, which to me isn't necessarily worth it, but this location is gray and spacious. The vacuums are a little oddly placed. I would say it is overpriced for a one-time wash. My car is usually very clean though so it does its part. Not sure how much longer. I'll keep the membership if they keep increasing costs.”
