Used my only $20 bill to get change and the machines only dispenses tokens. The pivot at the roof was leaking dripping on my car before I started washing. The soap setting didn't dispense any soap and the engine/tire cleaner took a whole minute to start spraying. The drain in the bay is used was also stopped up and I had to step over it to get around my vehicle.

Worked up a good sweat pre soaking and then deck brushing the SUV. Only to realize that the rinse left soap scum all over. The settings weren't lining up to the listed wash.

This place has no contact info for obvious reasons..Machines take your money and don't turn on. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Stupid machine started not registering the quarters put in. Ended up putting $4 worth of quarters in the thing and didn’t even wash my car. Very aggravating & inconvenient. No number to call to redress.

This is the 2nd time I have paid for a wash here and the wand did not despenser soap! 100% waste of money and no info posted to notify the owner.

Don't go here. The change is tokens. Used my last $20 dollars and now got a bunch of tokens I have no use for.
Hilarious got asked for space change by a homeless guy at 10:00pm. But what do I have ? Of right freaking tokens. If anyone needs to use this carwash, please call me. I would happily sell my tokens.
Place should have an operator who is able to change tokens for cash. Wish I could say I won't come here again, but unfortunately can't. I regret using this carwash.

I gave it another shot: different bay and several weeks later. Story was the same though.
Why doesn't the high-pressure soap work? I assume this is intentional.
Approximately one month ago:
Change machine dispenses four tokens. My bay didn't seem to have spray soap and I wasted a bunch of time on that. Won't be back anytime soon.

I put a 20$ bill in the change machine and no tokens came out. Found a phone number online for the business and it goes straight to voicemail. This car wash needs updating. Needs new management that will take care of problems.
