I just left the store 10 minutes ago and purchased this Italian sub they say that they're fresh sandwiches but this one had wet soggy bread and the meat still had ice crystals in it not to mention the wilted lettuce and crystallized tomatoes definitely not worth $7

Seriously!? You guys employ how many people and there's always only one person working a register? Avoid this location! No change and the line is exhausting! Next store on McDowell sells liquor and the employees actually help the customers. Avoid 61st and Roosevelt in Phoenix

I come here because of the proximity to my house. I don't like to ask for handouts, but I was happy when Circle K corporate offered free beverages for healthcare workers. I was going to get a free coffee before heading to the hospital. When I got there and showed my badge the guy laughed at me for thinking I had the audacity to request a free drink even though I wasn't a doctor. I have a doctorate degree in another field and work closely with covid patients. Pretty disrespectful.

This is the worst establishment on the planet. Do not go here i repeat... Do not go here! Rosa the cashier that works morning is a terrible person. I've gone here probably every day the last year, mostly in the evening after 11pm and never had a problem. I also use the propane tank exchange they offer her thru AmeriGas several times a month, also with no issues. . Last night after we got home from swapping out our tank we noticed it was leaking from the release valve. I'm not a expert on propane gas so rather than attempt to fix myself I came back to return the leaky tank for one that worked.. Rosa was rude from The start and refused to switch out the tank without a receipt. Never have I been given a receipt from circle k. She Basically called me a liar and refused to call the night guy to confirm he sold us the tank. however the tank was full and a quick call to confirm was all she needed to do but refused . I called AmeriGas explained the problem with the tank, amerigas then called the store and told rosa to make the switch and it would be of no consequence to circle k. AmeriGas called me informed me to go back to circle k to make the switch. When I walked into Circle K and asked Rosa if they had called she said yes but she still was not going to switch the tank out. There's absolutely no reason for her to not switch a tank that I paid for that could not be used, one that AmeriGas Took the responsibility of covering. Rosa said she called her manager Luis and told him she had been working for hours and we didn't buy propane. This inaccuracy could have been easily fixed by calling the night worker to confirm, checking night sales, or pulling video. I guess the loss of switching a full AmeriGas tank for a full ameriGas tank, approved by AmeriGas was much greater than the loss of my business 7 nights a week. Do not go here not only does Rosa have no people skills but her lack of customer service is a terrible reflection on circle k and those they hire. I will never enter a circle k again and clearly from this experience they don't care either way. However, if you find yourself needing propane, coffee or a candy bar save yourself from what would most likey would be a terrible experience and go to QT instead 30th street Indian school they value your patronage

The older male needs to work on people skills. I'm not sure why he's always upset or angry a lot and tosses things in bags as well as money like your an inconvenience for him. Literally wearing headphones while dealing with customers. I asked why he throws money like that? He responded by angrily throwing my money in my hand and said if you don't like it then go shop somewhere else! It's ridiculous how they let people like that work for them.
