I have been with this place for a couple of years now and was quite happy last three times huge problem with them filling my prescription! I had no problems until this last year first problem. I went four days without my medication, my thyroid even on the phone they told me it was ready I went and it wasn’t. It was two more days that it was ready. Their phone message says it’s a 24-48 hour turnaround. I know this is kind of unreasonable so I gave them 10 days and it seems they can’t handle that . All I get is excuses and it seems this last time it’s been sitting there but needs to be approved by the pharmacist so I get the upmost quality? Hanging up they made me feel like it was my fault. I was getting upset. I am changing companies after this

Needed a refill of my dog's Valley Fever meds as she was almost out. They gave me a partial refill so she wouldn't have a lapse in taking it while they prepared the remainder of her prescription.

These compounding pharmacies sure have it good. 9-6 no evenings or weekends, and they do not deal with insurance at all. I got there on a Friday at 5:30 p.m. I begged to get my prescription filled so I was not in pain over the weekend. Nope they could not do that, first thing Monday. Monday around 2-3 pm it was finally ready and was told they did not have enough ingredients to complete my prescription. They only had 1/3 of it ready. So I thought I will pay 1/3 and pay the rest when I get the rest. Of course they would not do that. They would not even write me an IOU that 2/3 is still owed. I would definitely seek a different compounding pharmacy next time.

We needed a perscription filled for our puppy. Carefree Compounding had it in stock, filled it quickly, shipped it to us for free, they were very knowledgeable about their products and their price was about 30% less than the other pharmacies we called. 5 gold stars!

I have been using this compound pharmacy for many years now and they are always very helpful and answer all my questions. I can even pick up my other vitamins there as well which saves me a trip to my holistic dr office.

I have ordered at this pharmacy for a few years without issue however this last order was placed 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my prescription. I seeanother review the other day that also talks about long delays. A company in the business of making and delivering prescriptions should realize the importance of patients receiving medications on time.The recording when you are on hold as well as the technician advises turn around time is approximately 5 to 6 days and is reasonable, but 3weeks without a prescription or follow up on what is going on is unacceptable.I have been without my medication for weeks now. I called on the 17th and was advised it was out for delivery on the 16th. The technician wasn't very clear as to what was going on but acknowledged something about problems with the deliveries.. She said it was then scheduled for delivery yesterday, the 18th but I did not receive my medication and now we are going into a 3-day weekend.If they are having problems or are short staffed they should alert a patient when it is ordered. They should also be alerting the providers if they are having problems getting prescriptions on time so providers can refer patients to another facility.I am alerting my prescriber as I'm sure several other patients have already notified her as well.I'm very disappointed and surprised how careless Carefree Compounding has been with my medication. I wonder when was it actually made, and where has it been floating around? I know question the quality and safety of the medication if and when I ever receive it. They are not cheap by the way. They charge a lot of money that patients have to pay out of pocket. If this keeps up I will go to another compounding pharmacy or I will switch to pharmaceuticals which are covered by insurance.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. For years this company was good but in the last few months as others have stated-HORRIBLE. Today they didn't even answer the phone. I drove 30 min. each way just to have a conversation!! I have waited 2 weeks for my script and such a hassle. LONG HOLD TIMES IF THEY EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Worse customer service ever. Go anywhere but here.

This bunch should call themselves "Could Care Less Compounding Pharmacy". They never answer their phone. They never call to let you know when a compounded medication is ready. They have had this order going for over 2 weeks. No notification. No contact of any sort. Nothing. They charged my card for the compounded cream over 2 weeks ago. NEVER again. I would do without my medication before ordering anymore from these folks. How much money did they have to pay for these "5 Star" reviews? Haha. What a joke. Avoid like the plague.

Ive been filling my dogs and my own prescriptions here for a year or so now and would truly recommend them to anyone. Dealing with medications can be a bit stressful, but I’ve been consistently blown away by the customer service here. They’re very communicative of their wait times for medications and often call me in advance to make sure I get my rxs on time. I’ve referred several friends and family members here, too.Remember to be kind to health care workers during this time! They work hard to make sure we’re taken care of

Absolutely love Carefree Compound. Not only do they prepare my medication on time , they ship expedited in a cooler for meds that cant overheat.. they also do my pets medication for way less than Vet /iternet prices!

Long hold times, no call backs on voicemails, does not reach out when doctors send in prescriptions. AND they use China made fillers.

Good quality medicine but long delays for medication that is needed. Not sure if they are short staffed but not a lot of compassion for patient needs. Up to 10 days to make compounded medication. Wish I would have know this upfront I would have changed pharmacies.

This pharmacy is absolutely fantastic! This has been my pharmacy for about a year now and my medications are always completed in a timely manner and the staff is so wonderful! They're all so kind and welcoming the minute you walk through the door. The pharmacist in charge is incredibly knowledgable and really takes her time to ensure the patient is comfortable and understands their medication. This pharmacy sets the standard for how patients should be treated by healthcare providers. I would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a new pharmacy.
