I absolutely love Catalina Animal Hospital? I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is like family. Everyone in this office has always provided exceptional care. I’ve gotten a chance to see all the Docs here and I am pleased with all of them! Although Dr. Farrington is my absolute favorite. I definitely recommend Catalina Animal Hospital Ty

After a very emotional day, I needed to write a review for this amazing animal hospital. I took my very sick cat into the clinic today. A group of amazing women let me go ahead of them so my cat could be seen first(it's a first come first serve basis). It was such a kind selfless act that meant the world to me. Thank you ladies wherever you are! The visit itself was an emotional roller coaster for me but the staff was beyond caring & compassionate. They were so helpful & had different options for every budget. Thank you so much to Dr. Farrington & staff. You made a heartbreaking experience a lot more bearable

I've been to this practice twice now for very different reasons when my usual vet's office has been closed and both times I was seen fairly quickly with no fuss. It is a bit of a toss up how busy they'll be so I'd recommend going in prepared to wait a bit if your pet has a less pressing issue or telling the reception staff upfront if it's an emergency or what specific issue you're worried about. Today I had to go in for a particularly hard conversation regarding potential end of life options and Dr. Robinson was very, very kind and walked me through all of my various options. The office staff has been friendly both times I've been in and while the clinic is small, they decorate it cute and it's all very clean and professional. The only reason I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 is the office is now offering 'holistic therapies' which I personally don't support as there just aren't that many good studies out there showing things like reiki actually do anything. When I was presented my invoice it included a charge for 'holistic flower therapy' which I hadn't been told about at all. I'm not even sure what it was or was supposed to do and I didn't end up purchasing it. Since it seems that type of therapy is offered in complement to more traditional medical treatments (which it was in my case) rather than being recommended instead of traditional medical treatments it probably isn't a harmful move. It just makes me a bit wary of this vet practice in general if that is a method of treatment this clinic supports when it is still so unclear if it actually works.

Absolutely phenomenal. Every single person on staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We unfortunately had to help one of our sweet babies cross the rainbow bridge and everyone was so kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend this office enough and look forward to bringing our other fur baby in for care!

I brought my cat Peeka to Catalina for vomiting and diarrhea. We had previously seen other vets for the issue (we’re new to town so we didn’t yet have a primary vet). Dr. Farrington was very kind and informative, and he listened to and addressed our concerns, whereas other vets we had been to seemed to rush us out the door. Ultimately we ran diagnostics and got Peeka on new food and meds with Dr. Farrington and the vet tech’s help, and he’s doing much better. I definitely recommend this place, it’s clear the staff care about the animals. Thank you so much for caring for our baby boy, it meant the world to me.

We have been coming to this animal hospital for over 10 years. We drive past many other hospitals /vets because every time we come here our pets get the best care possible. Our dog Clover was put down today and the staff shared in our sadness and showed compassion and empathy. We will continue to bring our pets here for any care that we need. Today was a very sad day, but it was good that we had the kind and professional staff to help us through this loss.

Such a good place to take your pet . The office is very clean and is decorated very nice . Dr. Farrington is very caring and he makes you feel like he cares about making sure your pet is cared for. The staff is really friendly and Dr. Farrington's wife works there and she is as nice as her husband. I have taken my pets here since before they bought the clinic. I live up past Union Hills and i still bring my dog here.

We loved the staff. Great vibe! Dr Farrington was wonderful handling our kitty. And our kitty loved him too. We were so happy they do first come first serve walk ins.

Adopted a new adult dog. Wanted to get health visit and vaccines. Walked in around 3:45pm. Back home and exhausted pup asleep by 4:20pm.Staff were very nice. Facility was clean and neat. Everyone talked to me and listened to me when I answered their questions.Nothing seemed rushed. Staff wanted to make sure I understood symptoms of reactions to vaccines and what to do.We haven't been to this office in years.I was very skeptical of going to a walk-in only facility, but I'm very happy I went. $130 out the door, and didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. We're very happy.
