Cave Creek Park - Cholla is a large, spacious park with lots of trees and expansive walking trails that go on for quite some time. It is a hidden gem tucked behind the freeway, offering stunning desert landscapes, hiking trails, picnic areas, and scenic views that attract nature lovers seeking peaceful outdoor adventures. Families can bring children to walk and play, while a family of feral cats can be found near a water tunnel. The park has clean restrooms and is quiet, but visitors should be wary of occasional homeless people and drug activity, especially after dark. Overall, it is a natural beauty that many recommend for a relaxed day out.
I like that there are lots of trees and that it's so large the walking paths go on for quite some time. It's so spacious that if you want to be away from people you have have lots of room. There is a noticable drug activity and homeless transients

Great for walking but don’t walk when it gets dark. Lots of wandering homeless.
