I've dealt with this Audio Express location for many years. I just bought a new full size truck and of course Manny and the fellas over here took great care of me with speakers, amps, a stereo and an alarm and it sounds great!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

i am extremely disappointed with this business. they definitely are in the business of stealing money from customers all while they brake your s*** than blame it on you. negative zero in customer service from staff to managers to general managers. i purchased a stereo to be installed in my dads truck as a gift for his birthday. i explained in full detail what i wanted and what i did not wnat done and touched in the truck. then i get a call that the job is done, upon arrival....to my surprise nothing works, not the stereo not anything and to to top it off they drilled holes on the dashboard when it was not necessary and were told not to drill anything or bypass anything...well guess what, they did everything i told them not to do. then they blame it on me saying it wasnt working prior to them working on the truck which is a lie, because everything was working just fine. then manager says to bring the truck back on the following monday for them to fix it.. well monday comes and my dad drives from maricopa and to our surprise they are closed due to the covid-19. they just opened today and i take it in for them to deny any fixes or refunds. saying "we were closed that is not our fault, not our problem". who in the f*** runs a business telling customers this? well audio express does!!! manager and general magers response was "you signed a receipt saying no refunds or exchanges" after manager mannie said they were goign to do a full refund on that monday. i had to give this review a one star or else it woulnt allowed ne to write it but they deserved a negative zero. the better busses bureau was contacted and advised of what these people are doing because i am sure i am not the only one this has happened to. specially to all the hispanic community which they get a lot of and dont cant defend themselves. i recommend no one ever goes here and that we get them shut down because arizona does not need businesses such as audio express!!!

Beware of Mannie. They will possibly break something in your car and say they're not responsible for it. I took my car up there to have my rear deck speakers replaced and the latch to lock the rear upper part of my seat was broken and me and the sales man Josh went back there before they did the work to my car. So when I noticed it wasn't locking they told me they'll fix it and had me come up there twice with no fixing the problem. I was told that it was a Coincidence that the seat latch stopped working and they are not responsible for it...I thought These guys where good at what they do but you can't break something that was working just fine before they worked on it. This is not fair at all.

I got my first phone here and it was completely free. The man that had gave me my first phone was always here, and i would visit him every once in awhile until i had heard he passed. Thank you for the phone, i really appreciate it, r.i.p. The people that work here are amazing too, always willing to cooperate and negotiate. Love it.

I had a chance to go into Audio Express again (The only choice for my music needs) and they were excellent. The thing I love about doing business with Audio Express is that they go out of their way to help you. I have had audio work done, car lighting, and Sirus XM installation. They are truly experts in the Audio field. If you have any audio needs, you would be a fool to go anywhere else. I recommend Audio Express for all of your Audio and lighting needs.....

Mannie and his staff are excellent. Chris installed a Viper DS4+(module) and a VSM550 (remote start) in my vehicle. Excellent installation. The remote start works exactly like anticipated. Thank you Audio Express.

These guys are the best. I tried to do my own audio swap in my little MX-5, seemed straight forward and pretty easy. Watched some videos, had all the tools, talked to tech support. Ready, set, go. All went well until I got to a spot where I needed to tap into a little wire, not connect two, tap into one with another and it was way up under the dash with almost no room and the wire did not have much play. I looked on line for a little connector that would work and found one. So off I headed to the auto parts store, nothing at ORielly (never heard of such a thing), same with Pep Boys, but they suggested Audio Express up on Thomas and 75. So, off I drove to AE. Once there, I stated my problem to the salesguys. As I anticipated, they did not know what I meant. But then a technician from the back came up and asked if he could help. He knew exactly what I was talking about, said he would be right back. In a few minutes he returned with the connectors that I needed...PERFECT. He explained how to use them, gave me four and a foot or 18 guage wire. Did I find the right place or what. Without the tech, I think his name was Craig, I would still be wandering around looking for a small part that made a big difference. Cannot thank them enough.

I've used them a couple times through out the years. Took my car in because I wanted a stereo with a CD player in it. I also thought I needed a new speaker. Well turned out I didn't need new speakers, because who ever installed the previous stereo didn't hook the speakers up right. So they installed a new system and hooked the speakers up right!! Now we're rocking and rolling down the road. Thanks guys!!

So I was contacted by owner recently, and rather than an apology, I was accused of being a liar!!!! Sir, one of the 3 young guys you had working early Saturday afternoon in the front, chitchatting amongst themselves with no customers, told me I couldn't get an install till Tuesday, even after I explained I was leaving out of town Monday afternoon!! Seems like one of your guys is lying to you about our conversation!! Look at your damn cameras....you'll see a guy dressed in black, with a ball cap, walk in and order all of his equipment, then walk out because it COULD NOT be installed same day, next day, or day after that!!! To the owner of Audio Express who called me a liar... I called Manny like you instructed and all he did was make excuses!!! He never helped me...only defended his guys!! I dropped this review to 1 star considering that, if Audio Express gets a factual bad review, they call the person making the review a liar, and then make many excuses for themselves!!! I see the problem starts at the very top, and trickles down!!!!

Terrible customer service by the manager Manny, 2nd time I have had an issue. Manager has an excuse for everything. Bought system for my car 2016 when new, it was a lease so I went back to have the amp tvs out , they just took it out didn't hook the speakers back up. Made appointment, they didn't have me in the system. Had alarm on my f150 installed as well, nothing but issues. Keeps popping t/light bulbs ever since install. He says must have a short. Yeah no s*** ever since I had you guys install the alarm. Buying new car this weekend guess where I am not going? Would be nice for a regional manager to call me .

Worst experience ever. They are all sweet to sell you stuff and point at what they recommend but when you actually go to counter they will add another item in that is $300 less. Then they botch your system i never went over 50% and sub stopped working day 2...

Great job on installing a new alarm. Great price great service. The assistant manager was super helpful. They treated my simple $200 alarm install like I was spending thousands. Clean store and nice waiting room. Dropped my car off at the time they schedule. The assistant manager told me if I want to get lunch it should be done by the time I got back. It was done by the time I got back. Every one there had a smile and truly seams to enjoy what they do. After they were done one of the Guy walked out to my car and explained everything that was done and how the features worked. I will return to this store again. You have a customer for life.
