This places drivers are some of the Dumbest Drivers I have ever encounter! I drive semi trucks in the very same job sites that these Geniuses have to drive their little cement trucks. Somehow I managed to pull my 50 ft trailer around job sites Park dead center in the middle of the street so that people including cement trucks and semis can still get past me on both sides but these idiots in their little cement trucks can't manage to park half of the time without completely blocking the street!!
